Keiko was very nice and friendly. She taught me a lot in the space of 3 hours, even taught my dog a lot in that time and am very pleased with that. I have recommended 3 other people to Bark Busters. So hopefully you will hear from them soon. :)

In the time we had the training was amazing, full of tool I can use, very educational. Covered a lot in the time given. Saw small progression today which was a breakthrough for me to see. Because I let my dogs rule the house the session was long enough to cover the basics especially since the dogs need leadership which I have not given them.

Used Bark Busters about 15 years ago with another dog. Keiko obviously knows her stuff. Very happy with techniques she showed us, now it's up to us to put it into practice.

Keiko was very clear and explained why for certain exercises. Titus responded very well to the training we were almost shocked. It was good to see Titus responding so quickly. We love that there is a lifetime support guarantee and that so many training resources we required. Having trainer physically come to the house is also a bonus. Thank you very much for your time.

Pete responded to the training very well. Great techniques, easy to learn and follow. Keiko was a great trainer and Pete seemed to like her. Easy to contact when I had questions too.

Keiko was extremely helpful, thorough and explained everything in detail. She was firm with both the humans and animals which helped me understand that the way I was treating my dogs was detrimental to their well-being, ie; spoiling and not giving clear instructions and boundaries. I really appreciate her assistance and will ensure that we continue with the homework she has left us.

The training so far has been easy to understand and simple to follow. Our dog currently has habits like pulling lead, nervous barking and sometimes, jumping up, that we are thankful to say he is already learning not to do. As pack leaders, we have been able to address these habits (and more) with the help of Keiko at Bark Busters. Even in the very first lesson, we already saw a change in our dog's response to us as dog owners - his respect towards us is more obvious now. In all honesty, we already thought our dog had good listening skills and a teachable nature... But it's Bark Busters that's giving us the knowledge we need to unlock his full potential as a GREAT family dog. We owe it to our dog to be the pack leaders he looks for us to be, and to bring out the absolute best in him. We also know that what we learn with Bark Busters for our current dog can be applied to every dog we decide to adopt in future.

The training was really helpful - we have already learnt so many techniques to help us with Gary's behaviour issues that we had been happening, and she is so much happier now that we understand her better and she understands us better. Thanks Keiko - we cannot wait to see the end results with Gary from the trainings :)

It was a good first session and gave us more of an insight into the thinking of a dog. I think we do things without thinking about it and also didn't understand why she did certain things or reacted in certain ways. We are only on day 2 but can see there is alot of work we need to do to help break some of these habits. The training gave us some good exercises on ways that we can achieve this.
