24th January 2024 - Mark Gall

Clear communication, felt comfortable asking questions, fantastic knowledge, punctual and reliable. Within the first session our puppy has been taught valuable obedience skills

- J.V, Christchurch,wainoni (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Mark
Young couple , new house , new puppy . Great little soft natured Boxer but does need guidance as the owners aren't totally familiar with bringing up puppies . Work in progress as expected but little Datsun is already picking up the communication the owners are applying. Nice job guys . See you soon for 2nd session.

21st January 2024 - Mark Gall

Very helpful and I feel that I will find Mark good to work with. Covered a lot of ground. Quite tiring, mentally and physically for both of us. Pansy and I will both have to work hard for some time to achieve results. I will need some support, maybe more than others more active. I am thinking about a programme for the next months.

- M.T, Rangiora (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Mark
This is a special case , 88 year old lady and a very pushy but lovely 5 yr old Shihtzu x Maltese. rushes to greet guests, Pulls, barks , recall not good, dog reactive to one dog in the retirement village. A work in progress and we are taking small slow steps at the owners pace so haven't got to the aggression issues yet. Hence not all problems were covered in the first lesson. The dog responded well considering it's been in charge for many years but progress is happening. And practice will be required. Receipt and guarantee haven't been written up yet and review was done one day after our first session on the first of many lessons.

18th January 2024 - Mark Gall

Ghost Staffy and Hank Boxer had issues on different end of the scale, Ghost was high adrenaline and a jumper who loves people and Hank didn't like men and would be scared. Mark explained clearly what was happening with each dog and the best way to teach them. In just a few days we have seen a huge change in both dogs.

- K.W, Leithfield (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Mark
As Kirsten has indicated these two lovely dogs are chalk and cheese in temperament and application. Ghost is such a lover boy he can't contain himself with people. And Hank busy hiding away from the same people. Both the dogs and the owners applied the techniques shown to communicate really well with both dogs even though the problems where so different. I'll expect two pretty relaxed dogs on my next visit , Still works in progress though as dogs need guidance to know exactly what to do. Great work to the boys and great work too Kirsten.

15th January 2024 - Mark Gall

Mark dealt with Aggression, Pulling, Sibling rivalry

Mark was very informative and helpful. We had nearly immediate changes with Marley.

- L.C, Dallington, Christchurch (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Mark
Little Marley is a young Border Collie. lovely temperament but reactive to dogs and big barker at the door also pulls and forgets to respond to his name. He responded well in our first lesson teaching the owners to communicate in a way he can relate too. Still a work in progress and a second visit soon will help clarify and adjust what's not quite there yet. Nice job Marley and Pawrents.

15th January 2024 - Keiko Ruwhiu

Keiko dealt with Barking, Pulling, Recall, Sibling rivalry

The session was very informative and clear as to what was required from my husband and I with regards to the training of our dog. A definite improvement from the start which can only become better as we progress with training.

- B.S, Gulf Harbor (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Keiko
Thank you Beverley for taking the time to leave a review, I was very happy how Dexter (3.5 Years old Dachshund cross) responded to his first session. Keep up the good work! My help is always available for you and Dexter😊

14th January 2024 - Mark Gall

Mark dealt with Aggression, Barking, Pulling, Recall, Separation anxiety, Sibling rivalry

The training definitely exceeded our expectations. Still a long way to go with barking at cars and door knocks, however recall to his bed and in general has improved greatly and also walking on the lead. Trying to practise daily which you can see a difference when consistent. Red has had a traumatic past and has triggers towards aggression which we are now able to see before things escalate and with the use of the dog commands he is learning to reset. It was the best thing we did getting help.

- E.R, Southshore (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Mark
Certainly a serious issue to deal with as Red a 10 yr old Red heeler who has had a bad upbringing and most probably some physical abuse hence his fear aggression when voices got loud or activity got high . He focussed on defending his new mum against the hubby , to point of biting. After the lesson he was certainly much better behaved but also the need to work slowly and carefully at the level Red can handle to desensitize to high adrenaline stimulus. I'll be keen to take further steps in teaching the owners to understand him and work him through his fears. Awesome job guys.

7th January 2024 - Mark Gall

Mark dealt with Aggression, Barking, Recall, Sibling rivalry, Other

Mark Gall was amazing and he had Us & Bella doing things that she wouldn't do before and now she walks beside me and a lot more less reactive to door knocks , unknown visitors . I would highly recommend him and a big thank you Mark for your help with Bella.

- K.F, Hornby Christchurch (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Mark
Bella is a boxer who has possibly had abuse prior to the current owners rehoming her . She was reactive to men and especially caps ,hoodies ,dark clothing etc. Barker at the door and lunge at guests. Both herself and the owners did very well and soon after applying the programming exercises she settled to the point of pats and no barks at unknown visitors. As it happens during the lesson some visitors she didn't know arrived. Well done team Bella the Boxer

6th January 2024 - Keiko Ruwhiu

Keiko dealt with Barking, Jumping up, Pulling, Recall, Sibling rivalry

From the moment Keiko stepped into our home, her professionalism and passion for what she does were evident. She dedicated time to observe the behavior of our 2-year-old Pomeranian, Biscuit, understanding her unique personality, and tailored her approach to address our specific concerns. Her deep knowledge and expertise in canine behavior were truly impressive. During our first session, Keiko provided clear instructions and practical techniques that were easy to follow. What amazed us the most was witnessing the immediate positive response from Biscuit. The transformation in her behavior was remarkable. Additionally, Keiko shared valuable insights on understanding Biscuit's cues, creating a stronger bond between us. She not only addressed the issues at hand but also empowered us with the knowledge to continue the training on our own. We can't thank Keiko enough for her dedication, patience, and expertise. Her positive and encouraging demeanor made the entire training experience enjoyable and effective. My only regret was not contacting her sooner!

- C.W, Auckland / Bayview (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Keiko
Thank you for taking time to leave a review Cherie! Biscuit (2 years old Pomeranian) responded to her first session really well. She needed to understand there are rules, boundaries and most importantly who makes them. She was happy for you to take the leadership! Keep up the good work! My help is always available for you and Biscuit 😊

4th January 2024 - Mark Gall

Mark dealt with Barking, Hyperactivity, Jumping up, Pulling, Recall, Separation anxiety, Sibling rivalry

I found the training very good with Mark, I would rate it 4 out of 5 , only because it was a lot to take in in 3 hours , Oakley would not get into my car previously but has done so successfully each day since the lesson, lead work is still a work in progress needing some more work but our second session will sort that. Mark was definitely a great help.

- A.G, Rangiora (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Mark
Oakley is a Golden retriever unneutered male of 8mths of age . The owner was struggling with his focus and listening to commands and control as he would jump , pull ,has separation anxiety , rush guests and generally far to boisterous and over exuberant. Her biggest issue was Oakley would not get into her car even though the older dog would. During the lesson by using the dogs pack rules and communication he started to respond well. Our second session is soon and we'll fine tune what is still a work in progress. Nice work so far Oakley and mum.

3rd January 2024 - Keiko Ruwhiu

Keiko dealt with Barking, Pulling, Recall

Bandit is nearly 3yrs old and likes to bark at any noise he hears from the house, plus pulls when walking and has intermittent obedience. Keiko showed us some simple methods and approaches and we are already seeing positive results within a few days, and without the need for treats! More work to be done, but very happy with the progress so far, and the presentation and extra knowledge we now have means we can get more enjoyment from our relationship with Bandit.

- G.M, Auckland/Warkworth (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Keiko
Thank you for taking time to leave a review Gavin! Great to hear Bandit (3 years old Labrador) is making good progress 👍 He was just confused about who is the boss. Now he has leaders who understand him better and speak his language!! Keep up the good work! My help is always available for you and Bandit 😊

26th December 2023 - Keith Mockett

Keith dealt with Barking, Jumping up, Separation anxiety

We are thrilled that we now have a settled and content dog who no longer regards herself as ‘in charge’ of the household. We highly recommend the training programme. It’s a life saver! Lucy is no longer barking at everything or attacking her brother or jumping up on us when we get home. It’s such a relief.

- C.M, Raumati (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Keith
Thanks Catherine. It's amazing what a bit of leadership does to help a dog settle into a new home. And it goes to show that even a 7- year-old dog can learn new tricks. Well done everyone!
