Mark Gall
My name is Mark Gall your Bark Busters Grand Master Dog Behaviour Therapist and Trainer since 2000. I've been servicing the top of the South Island NZ for over 20 years now, helping dog owners communicate easily with their dogs to develop happier relationships, resolving their dogs unwanted behaviours, and relaxing both the dogs and the household, and probably console the neighbours too.
Having lived with dogs throughout my childhood and adult life, dealing with dogs has been a natural transition, from childhood family dog buddy to owner of my own dogs, and helping others with the Bark Busters worldwide family as a vocation and career.
Throughout the years, I've never stopped learning something new with each lesson and family dog and providing the opportunity to pass that knowledge on for the benefit of other dog owners, and their dogs, has been extremely fulfilling.
If you love what you do, you do it better and it’s not a job, it’s a passion and I hope the thousands of happy clients I helped over many years feel the same way too.
Through word of mouth the business has grown to extend throughout the South Island, with a reputation of providing results and excellent service to clients. Bark Busters has built a worldwide following by achieving results and service, after all no other dog training company offers our “Lifetime Support Guarantee” with their lessons. Now that is confidence and commitment to our clients, knowing they have us as their backup anytime.
Leveraging your dog's natural communication of body language and voice tone, we look at your dog's environment, and view it holistically to best help and create a relaxed dog who feels their family pack is safe and secure, and going to survive the wild modern world out there.
If you are looking for professional dog training near you, then you have found the right place. Communication is the key to resolving your dog's behaviour issues. As humans we don’t speak dog, we don’t think dog, and we use a peculiar upright body language, so dogs struggle to understand their human pack. By learning to "speak dog" we have the key to a dog's learning and education, as they are a part of our family for a long time. Through the easily applied Bark Busters training techniques, with no physical methods, just simple canine pack rules, canine language, natural learning methods they are born with as a dog, they can understand what we would like them to do, or not to do as the case maybe, if we just "speak dog".
Most of my clients see huge improvements in their dog's behaviour, not in weeks, but in a few hours of their first lesson. This is all done with no stress, as the training is carried out in your dog’s home, where they learn best and are most relaxed, and where most problems start, so it seems natural to solve them there first.
I can help and support you with everything from puppy management, dog obedience, all the way to major dog behaviour problems that most dog trainers won’t even try to deal, such as aggressions, separation anxiety, pulling on the lead, jumping, sibling rivalry, recall, toilet training, crate training and naturally barking problems; after all it’s in our name.
I deal with all breeds, all problems, all ages, and anywhere in the top of the South region. There isn’t much I haven’t dealt with in the past 20 years of being a Bark Busters trainer. As a global business I have ability to call on the recourse of over 250 trainers in 6 countries worldwide, who have trained over 1 million dogs.
