Absolutely fantastic.

Before we started with Keiko we were at our wits end with Beau. We went to puppy training classes, hired a trainer for a one off session, did an online course and looked obsessively on the internet for advice. We felt out of our depth as Beau is an anxious dog who copes by barking at noises, visitors, other dogs and any stimulus which upsets him. Keiko arrived and sat down with Beau inside the front door. Within a few minutes she had gained control of his barking. She stayed for several hours, and after she left I felt I had a simple, effective way to be in charge of Beau. It is now 2 months later, and he is a different dog. He is quiet in previously stressful situations, which I thought I would never see. When new problems crop up, Keiko is there to walk us through the solution, either on the phone or by visiting. I feel I am in good hands with her because when she goes home, the skills she has taught me still work. Keiko is calm, detailed, and patient. I can see she is committed to working with me until problems are fixed, which is very reassuring as I am a first time dog owner, starting from scratch in building my skills as a dog parent! Having Keiko has allowed our family to enjoy our dog again and feel in charge of him.

Keiko has been a great trainer, very patient and not afraid to tell it like it is, direct and straight to the point. Our most recent session was a massive breakthrough for me as I have been struggling to walk Ripley properly, but now I have renewed confidence. I know that as Ripley grows I know that Keiko is but a phone, email or skype away!

The training was excellent. From the moment I opened the door, Keiko was able to asses the problem with Karl's barking and the training began straight away! I saw the benefit and value of the training immediately with the first technique as Karl refocused and stopped barking instantly!

Everything was very well explained in detail and backed up with facts. Keiko was also very friendly, easy to get along with and she was also very good with my dog - my dog made so much progress in just 2 hours! She learnt to wait and be invited through doorways, walk on a leash, called to come, and also only eat treats on her bed. Excellent trainer.

The training was amazing! Keiko understood my dog 100%, and she was like doing magic things to Jojo, then Jojo was listening to her very well, and behave very well after the training, that was what we wanted from Jojo. Thanks very much Keiko!

Keiko was amazing - the moment she walked in the door she had our dogs attention and they didn't jump up on her. What a first that was - I knew from then it was going to be a great success. By the end of the afternoon Keiko had them listening not pulling on the lead when out walking , leaving balls when told to and generally being much better dogs. The best thing was that Keiko communicated everything so well to us and we both managed to achieve wonderful results with our dogs. We have had other trainers come in in the past with no success - this is the first time we have seen immediate results. Thank you Keiko.

Keiko was amazing. She taught us some very basic tips to help train Buddy. Nothing too complicated and all of those tips have been effective.

Keiko is amazing and each time we see her we both feel like we have learnt so much and we know what we need to work on as Georgie's parents. Keiko always give us the 'Why' behind everything which we find really valuable.
