Keiko was extremely helpful, thorough and explained everything in detail. She was firm with both the humans and animals which helped me understand that the way I was treating my dogs was detrimental to their well-being, ie; spoiling and not giving clear instructions and boundaries. I really appreciate her assistance and will ensure that we continue with the homework she has left us.

The training so far has been easy to understand and simple to follow. Our dog currently has habits like pulling lead, nervous barking and sometimes, jumping up, that we are thankful to say he is already learning not to do. As pack leaders, we have been able to address these habits (and more) with the help of Keiko at Bark Busters. Even in the very first lesson, we already saw a change in our dog's response to us as dog owners - his respect towards us is more obvious now. In all honesty, we already thought our dog had good listening skills and a teachable nature... But it's Bark Busters that's giving us the knowledge we need to unlock his full potential as a GREAT family dog. We owe it to our dog to be the pack leaders he looks for us to be, and to bring out the absolute best in him. We also know that what we learn with Bark Busters for our current dog can be applied to every dog we decide to adopt in future.

The training was really helpful - we have already learnt so many techniques to help us with Gary's behaviour issues that we had been happening, and she is so much happier now that we understand her better and she understands us better. Thanks Keiko - we cannot wait to see the end results with Gary from the trainings :)

It was a good first session and gave us more of an insight into the thinking of a dog. I think we do things without thinking about it and also didn't understand why she did certain things or reacted in certain ways. We are only on day 2 but can see there is alot of work we need to do to help break some of these habits. The training gave us some good exercises on ways that we can achieve this.

She was able to translate our dog's behaviour and identify the behavioural issues.She also helped us to correct our training methods in order to enhance communication between us and our dog . We were given solutions and techniques that were immediately effective. We highly recommend BarkBusters to anyone who is struggling to understand or train their beloved canine companions.

We were very happy with how the first lesson went. I didnt take long before we saw that Roise was responding very well to the commands. We also felt like we were well educated and learnt many new things about Rosie and the reasoning by her behaviours.

We thought it was extremely informative. Good as the trainer took her time to explain and discuss everything in great detail and answered any and all questions. Keiko has a great demeanor and a passion for her job is evident. She is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, professional and friendly. She took charge of the situation immediately. Training was very informative, the way in which the approach is explained is very clear and makes a lot of sense. Keiko was very organised and had a bag of tricks, if Gus did not respond to one thing she had lots of other resources to use. Gus responded pretty much straight away to the training techniques which is amazing to see. We mostly appreciate the fact the training is not treat driven - as explained we should not have to bribe our dogs for them to respect us. The training was very hands on followed up by all the techniques written down which has been very useful to refer back to during the week. Keiko was very friendly and accessible if we had any further questions. Keiko explored all aspects of Gus's life/environment and gave us some great ideas on diet and how diet can effect behavior.

The training we received for our dog was invaluable. Already we are noticing results. We feel like we will get a lot more from Bark Busters than other training schools as we loved the fact that the training is in your house and relevant only to your dog and his behaviour. It was great also for my kids to be present to understand our dog's needs. Keiko is a great trainer and very professional. I am so glad we decided to use Bark Busters.
