Keith was excellent. Provided a lot of info in a very digestible manner. We immediately realised we had been making some errors in the way we had been managing and teaching Nui but I’m pleased to say, after just a few days of the training lessons, we are already seeing some small improvements. We are very thankful and so pleased we contacted Keith when we did.
Thank you. I'm pleased you found the info digestible. I do think the "why" is important, along with the "how". Hopefully Nui's big goofy younger sister will get with the programme as well. They do learn off each other, good and bad! I'm looking forward to seeing the improvements.
