Keiko has literally saved us. Our little boy was a mega handful. Barked all day and night, never listened, jumped, pulled the lead, ate all day. You name it he did it... Best investment I've ever talked the hubby into... even he is super impressed. Can't thank you enough.

Great first couple of training sessions with Keiko. We have done both online due to the lockdown and both have worked really well. Koda who is 4 months old is enjoying learning new techniques.

I made initial contact with Bark Busters as Lexi our teenager was giving us certain behavioural problems with Barking at anyone walking by being the Number 1 concern. Emails were exchanged with Keiko she duly turned up right on the dot of our home visit appointment. Introductions made and it was right down to business with her first lesson to us. She quickly pointed out who was in charge and it wasn't Jan or me. She proceeded to run through her presentation and gave a brilliant demonstration of her expertise having Lexi immediately stop in her tracks. Over the course of this first home visit, Keiko proceeded to expand on various aspects and by the time the visit was over we felt we had made some progress both to ourselves and Lexi. A month had gone by and Lexi had progressed brilliantly in several aspects of her behavioural problems that had been of concern to us however her "on guard I will protect you " issue was still a problem after we both felt it was starting to disappear but then turned on us. As we were in lockdown mode Keiko suggested a video conference meeting. Time was arranged and very quickly matters were chatted about and several missing links (due to us) were reestablished. The use, ease and effectiveness of the Video conference session cannot be underestimated and I would encourage anyone to use this facility. The points gained by us from Keiko are currently being employed and we are hopeful that the master and teenager positions in the house are reestablished in the order that they should be. I would highly recommend Keiko (and Bark Busters) to anyone who finds themselves having trouble with their dogs' behaviour. Michael

Thank you Keiko for reminding my who is the "pack leader" in my house. Your knowledge and sincerity in helping with Lockie has been a fantastic support to date. We had our first "post lock down" virtual lesson which worked incredibly well and just though new techniques, and reminding me of the older ones has been working extremely well so far. Even the training walk this morning went well and I'm not sure who was more exhausted!!

It was so good to meet Keiko for our first session, We met via Zoom as we are all in lockdown, it was almost as good as having Keiko in the same room. We fully understood her and the response from our puppy Asha was amazing. We have a much calmer puppy now and have some great tools to help manage her.

I was so impressed that my boys listened from the very first lesson, I do my 20 minutes each day we are getting there.

I found the first session extremely informative and helpful. I have since done regular training with Toby (leash, walking through doors, recall etc). I am amazed by the progress within such a short amount of time, The videos are very helpful to remember some details provided in the training too.

Keiko has an amazing way with dogs and had our puppy under control immediately! She provided good explanations of how puppies think and respond, and how to best communicate with them. The explanations were well structured and she explained the concepts in a simple and effective manner. We have made significant progress with our puppy who loved to jump and chew a lot. We feel that Bark Busters have provided us with a great foundation of training and it’s great knowing we have the support of Bark Busters as our puppy grows up.

We really enjoyed our first lesson with Keiko at our home, which was so important as this is where most of our dog's behaviour issues are. She provided us with very helpful information on being able to understand how to better communicate with our dogs and identified straight away what areas we needed to address. Within the first session we noticed a massive improvement with their behaviours and she helped us with going through the training so we could continue it on our own at home. It does take persistence, patience, and perseverance! But we are already noticing improvements in our dogs behaviours (within 1 week) as long as we are consistent with the training practices and communication Keiko has shown us. Very happy so far and looking forward to continuing improvements with our dogs!

We were very pleased with Keiko's ways of teaching us the psychology of dogs and then applying it to real situations like food manners and basic commands. We look forward to more sessions with Keiko!

We love the first session and learnt how we spoiled our dogs, and what was the problem. From the first session we found the way to help them to behave how we wanted. Our dogs still bark a little but controllable and less frequent. Even after one session! Our house is so quiet and peaceful. Thanks.
