Bark Busters Reviews and Customer Testimonials

Good first session

Extremely helpful, great techniques to help with issues.

We've had a problem with our friendly, kindly granddog Archie who is three years old (border collie, lab, huntaway). His only fault is that he rushes at visitors while barking a ferocious huntaway warning. Keith was quick to the rescue, arranging a session that took place a few days after our initial phone chat. It was a great help having Keith explain Archie's behaviour, how he's acting instinctively to protect us and that he needs to know that barking is not OK, that we have the situation under control so he doesn't need to overreact. He showed us how to practice a series of voice signals, followed by a command, then praise (no treats). This method will change his behaviour as long as we practice, practice, practice with Archie. Keith was friendly and very clear in outlining the instructions we need to follow. There was plenty of time to ask questions and practice the method. Archie responded very well in the session. It surprised us how quickly he learned. We feel much more confident now that we know what to do and have a clear plan to follow. The method has already made a difference to Archie. He's calmer and toning down his excessive (to us) reaction to guests. We're not there yet, but well on the way. Many thanks Keith from Archie's human pack, Marie, Owen, Alexis and Elisha

Excellent first session with Keith. Very informative. Dug responded well to the techniques provided by Keith. I look forward to progressing Dug's training.

Excellent service, I can not thank Keith enough for the help he is providing with our 2 pups early days but we are making progress thanks to the techniques we have been shown.

I contacted Keith to help with our 1.5 yr old labraspoodle. Our pup was still chewing on things, pulling when walking, jumping up at people and ignoring the come command. The work we have done with Keith has made such a huge difference. From the 1st session we saw big improvements. Walking him is now a pleasure and I can even take him to our sons football matches without worrying about him jumping up on people. He is now chewing his toys and not my cushions! I think that he is more relaxed now and that has strengthened the bond with the whole family. Thanks Keith
