Mark clearly explained the reasons for Poppy's behaviour, and explained techniques we could use to correct it. Poppy responded incredibly well during the initial training session, and we have noticed that she is now much calmer and easier to recall. With ongoing training we are confident that Poppy's behaviour will continue to improve, and our frustration levels will drop!

Mark was a great trainer, we all enjoyed the lesson including Sheeba! We saw great results as soon as he came in our gate. Mark explained himself clearly and catered to Sheebas needs. Being first dog owners we found him very approachable and helpful.

Our family all enjoyed the training with Mark and we noticed positive results immediately. It was very satisfying to get clear explanations for the behaviours our dogs were showing and Mark taught us simple strategies to make our home a much calmer place. Being able to do the training in our home environment and go to places we regularly visit was really effective for us.

What a nice guy. Really patient and full of information. I was having trouble with a puppy I was looking after for my mum, so animal control put me onto mark. Well he could of quite easily said sorry you're not a client so I can't help you - well on more than one occasion he talked me through how to deal with mums puppy. So I thought why not have a lesson, well I had no idea their behaviour could change so easily. My biggest problem was barking when someone came to the door, then run off to the neighbours. Well no more, Just with one lesson. Then at the end of the lesson I find out that mark will come back to Blm in about 6 wks to do a refresher. I know that it is a little costly, but I say it is worth every penny. A happy owner has happy dogs. Thanks Mark.

Excellent training. Gave me confidence and tools to work with to ensure Kaspa is listening and a lot less stressed knowing that I am now the Alpha. Mark spent over 3 hours with us. He ensured that we experienced and corrected issues relating to other dogs, (we had to go and find some), and also went to the Vet and spent some time there.

We found Mark to be a friendly approachable trainer who is easy to contact. His experience and calm demeanour was perfect for what we needed. He answered all our questions and it is great he came to our home. The initial assessment of our dog helped put our minds at ease and we are having so much more fun now.

It was a good opportunity to take time to ask questions relating to Izzy and make the lesson more specific to her and her home environment unlike some of the puppy preschool classes attended. It was good the whole family could be involved. Mark was very patient with our young children.

Training was excellent Mark has given me the skills to carryon and work with my dog. I now feel confident about taking him for a walk where there will be other dogs.

Mark certainly knows his stuff, very easy to get on with. Within 24 hours we have noticed a difference. Have been telling others about the training and certainly recommending your company. Great follow up as well.
