Mark dealt with Puppy management
Mark met with us—and our new puppy—and introduced us to a simple, no-nonsense training system that works seamlessly for the entire family. He took the time to ensure we fully understood how to integrate the techniques into our daily routines, and he generously shared his extensive knowledge about all things dog-related. In just under two months, even in our busy household, we’ve seen remarkable progress.

Trainer note from Mark
Elizabeth and the family have special requirements regarding their pups training as they have young daughter with special needs and the family dog interaction needs to be correct to incorporate her needs. The family and the pup responded well and we'll do several sessions as Ra grows . Great 1st steps. Great job by the kids and the parents applying the training techniques

Keiko dealt with Puppy management, Other
Very easy to get hold of and organise a day for Keiko to come and see us.
Explained everything really well, especially the why, which is so important.

Mark dealt with Aggression, Barking, Pulling, Recall
Mark was great and showed me some great things to try and help with Lottie. The hardest part is me remembering to always use what I have learnt. Lottie was great while Mark was alongside guiding me and we are slowly getting somewhere. Lottie still looks at me sometimes as if to say, nope I’m not but hoping with me keeping up my side of things that will improve also. Love that I have a life of the dog guarantee and that Mark will help out at anytime if I contact.
Trainer note from Mark
Lottie was a huge barker , anxious , reacting to noises and any visual of passers by. She is a Lochen x Cavaliar , very passively dominant and manipulating the owners attention . She responded very well on lesson day and with our tools and techniques she relaxed quite quickly to no barking at the door or passers by. An update and catch up in a couple of weeks will be great.

Mark dealt with Aggression, Sibling rivalry
Mark is so professional, he really listened to my concerns and provided me with a lot of information and skills to help with my dogs behaviour. Mark was very encouraging and patient not only with me, but with my fluff balls too! I’ve heard only wonderful things about Mark and he certainly lived up to that wonderfulness. I’d highly recommend Mark to anyone who has behavioural issues with their dogs :)

A sibling rivalry case , Malamute x huskies . Two boys , 1 girl all mature dogs, the two males fighting for the top job . Always a challenge but by applying the pack rules , dog language and training the owner to be seen as the leader in a dog way the dogs in variably settle into their pecking order. Its one of the harder problems to resolve as it relies on us humans being very good dog pack leaders which we don't do well. Great 1st lesson and the owner is committed to apply and resolve the problems. Catch up in a couple of weeks.

Had bark busters around to help with Rosie's walking on lead, jumping, chewing. I know these are generally puppy traits but wanted to start enjoy having Rosie around.

There's a bit to work on with this Cocker Spaniel but she, and you will get there. She's a bit stubborn but you've already seen some progress and your consistency and persistence will pay off.

Mark certainly had his work cut out with our Jack Russell who is very passive dominant. We're seeing a difference after only a few days!! Still a way to go but feeling confident that with the training we're receiving we can get there!!
Trainer note from Mark
Maisie a Jack Russell , a lovely dog but very manipulating for attention and issues with barking ,a little sibling rivalry, jumped , pulled, and recall. So back to the dog basics . Her skill of passive dominance meant Maisie felt like the pack leader . Her response to the techniques was good although at first her stubbornness shone through very obviously. Second session soon to fine tune her further

Great info but a lot to take in at once, 1st session of several to come for Scout our 4mth old British bulldog . Very stubborn and very boisterous compared to our previous British bulldogs. Definitely needed the professional knowledge help.
Trainer note from Mark
Scout is a very persistent and physical pup . biting , jumping , really keen to be playgirl of the house. Yes a puppy but definitely needs our speak dog techniques to cam her world. Owners aren't new to British bulldogs , They've had 3 over the years . 1st session was a bit of a challenge but eventually she started to respond , 2nd session soon will tidy up a bit more.

We learned a lot from Mark and we realized how important it is to be the leader of the pack. In order to be a good leader, in this instance for our dog, we think we have to learn something new and exam our habits. The problems with Inka arose mainly because she tries to show us that she is happier if she has some rules in place, less cuddles. Otherwise she will be confused . Thank you Mark for your help and we do our best to apply all the information you shared with us so Inka will be the happiest dog she can be. Kerstin & Jurgen
Trainer note from Mark
Inka is an 11mth old teenage GSD , very attention seeking , jumps , pulls , mouthy , recall is an issue. She pretty much assumes her boos job. The owners have had several GSDs before but never a temperament like Inkas. Full on but due to over loving and and less structure. Shes a dog who likes structure to work to. Great lesson , but eventually she knew what we were requiring and her listening and focusing has increased heaps after only a couple of days. Retraining the owners went well and they are applying our Speakdog techniques already.

So happy with the training Mark has put in place for Daisy (me). We're a work in progress but family and friends have noticed a marked difference in Daisy's behaviour. I find Mark so easy to talk to, he has immense knowledge and understands how dogs tick. Can't recommend Mark enough, he's bought peace and serenity to my home.
Trainer note from Mark
Daisy was a very reactive dog #yr old Shih Tzu x Poodle , lives in a caravan with lots of vineyard and activity all around her. She'd bark at everything in sight and noises heard. Huge improvements on our second session from the first . Hugely relaxed but still a work in progress. Speaking her language helps and she's responded to the techniques. Greta work team Daisy.

Mark is an expert trainer and a nice person to help train us.
The method is clear, needed the dog owner's effort input and patience to continue the training.

Crystal is a 12mth border collie , quite submissive but a dog barker and car chaser. pulled a lot , very active with out good guidelines . The owners did great at applying the dogs rules to calm Crystal down and settle her from her wired Border Collie way of being the leader. Awesome work guys , Check in soon.

Very clear explanations and reasons in response to our enquiries. Patient, good humoured and very knowledgeable. Please note that we agreed not all aspects of our concerns would be covered at this first meeting, hence "no" to question below.

Like most dogs there's a bit to work on and people can't do it all at once, life get's in the way. That's why our Life of the Dog Support Guarantee is such good value, we come back to help you move onto some of the other behaviours. I'm glad you found my explanations clear, it helps when applying the lessons to understand the "why" as well as the "how". Onwards and upwards!
