Requires consistent commitment from the household members (leaders), but the impact and response from our beloved Zara is immediate. Its been under a week now, and very comforting to know that she is relaxed within the walls of the house. We tried to implement the training we received for outdoors and though it will take a few attempts, we are confident that we have been equipped with the knowledge to make her feel relaxed outdoors as well. This is our first dog, and since we have younger kids, only one of us has been through puppy school and on the puppy training journey so far. I think in retrospect (and to my surprise) the best thing that came out of our training was that the family were included, and now we are all working in the same direction when it comes to managing and raising a new puppy. Truthfully, I was hesitant to get help with my dog because I didn't want to be judged on my total lack of knowledge of how to raise her. I'm so glad we went ahead with it because Keiko showed me how to truly love my dog and how much pressure she is carrying because I haven't taken a leadership role so she has had to step in and carry that responsibility. We have only had one training session but Onyx walked on a loose leash like a champ. I'm looking forward to being able to do all the things I've wanted to do with my dog that I haven't been able to because of her reactive behaviour. I'm truly amazed and grateful at how simple Keiko explained things and how much hope I have now after just one interaction with Bark Busters.

I throughly enjoyed my appointment with Zoe, within a day she was already doing so much better. She is even getting in her travel crate by herself! Knowing the best way to deal with her makes so much difference!

We are blown away by the progress our three year old, recently adopted Golden Retriever has made after just one session with Keiko. He has gone from barely responding to our commands to following instructions like an absolute champ - we are so proud of him! We can't wait to watch him continue to progress.
