Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very patient with us when showing us what to do and our dog responded very well to his training.

A great wee dog who happened to be in charge in a nice way. Nesting anxiety issues and both owner and dog responded well putting in place some simple techniques .

George responded well right from the start to basic controls, going through the door, walking on the lead without pulling. He is developing better skills with the doorbell ringing and is already much better than he was. Walking him now is pleasurable. Ruby, the Bichon, seems also to be improving with no individual effort. So a win win all round. We found Mark a pleasant man, who instantly connected with George and was able to convey his messages in a way that was easy to understand.
We opted to purchase the Waggwalker and this seems to suit George particularly well.
Trainer note from Mark
George was a great wee student. Pretty pushy but focussed and started working with the program. Great effort by the owners to put in place the techniques.

I was so relieved to have Mark come and work with us and our dog. His expertise in all aspects of the session sorted my concerns swiftly and effectively. He got us back on track immediately and Roman has almost returned back to the well behaved little boy he was in the past (before I let him take over as the "boss"). We enjoyed Mark's visit and are confident in the knowledge that what he went over with us, works! Money well spent for peace of mind. Thank you Mark :-)

Little Roman is a toy poodle but very possessive, and barking ,grumpy issues were appearing and guidance to not let him take complete control was needed. Great work by all was evident in Roman not needing to be quite so in charge and therefore relaxed.

mark was very helpful and we have seen immediate results with shadow. He was more determined than our stubborn dog and had her behaving in no time.
Trainer note from Mark
Shadow is most definitely a challenge but started to show improvement in the lesson, She'll be a work in progress as her dog on dog aggressive issues are very strong. Her owners are committed to getting on top of her anxieties. Great effort and persistence Guys.

Lesson 1 was a great learning curve for both Brent and myself but Mark made us feel at ease and confident we can continue with Django's and our own training. A day after lesson 1and Django is much more calmer and willing to listen to our instructions and we are mastering the BAH and praise.
Trainer note from Mark
Django is a 4mth Shihtzu X Maltese. Young and fun but in need of education, Challenges include getting voice controls good as Hubby is in a wheel chair and usual body language isn't there to utilise and make communication clearer. Great work by the owners and Django is responding already, Looking forward to the next session.

Mark was fantastic! We enjoyed the lesson thoroughly. There were alot of helpful tips and hints for getting our dog to listen and focus on us. Mark has a great way of explaining why our dog was doing the things she was and made us feel comfortable with all the activities we did.

Awesome young couple trying to deal with a dog who's had 5 owners in 2 years. They've already made a difference in this dogs life prior to Bark Busters. But more was needed. The house hold has 5 adults in it and consistency is key but also focus of the dog , Great effort and great focus Taz girl.

I couldn't believe how quickly our dogs behaviour could be turned around in a few simple steps. We are still waiting for the bad behaviour to return so we can use the instructions given but she is so much more submissive already. Should have done this sooner.
Trainer note from Mark
Great effort by the owner to put in place the techniques shown in an environment with lots of distractions, 10 acre lifestyle block.

We found the session with Mark to be excellent (and as cheesy as an info-commercial as this may sound) there were instant results with our dog. His manner and approach was outstanding and really worked with the three of us - myself, my wife and our dog, to achieve the desired results we discussed.
Trainer note from Mark
Rem is a cracker dog under all the bravado and bark. Barked at door, ran length of park to see other people, pulled on the lead. All credit to the owners for listening and applying the techniques discussed and putting it into practice. Great effort all round.

Mark Gall is an excellent trainer - in the 3 hour lesson he had Spike walking beside us and listening to our commands. He was extremely patient and gave us a clear understanding on how a dog thinks and behaves. Having the gold membership also means that Mark will be returning to do some more training which is so helpful!
Trainer note from Mark
Spike is a rehome SPCA special. 3 homes in 15 mths and the previous owners haven't done any dog education . He's a lovely gentle giant but 45kg(if not more) and 4x4 Mastif x Staffy pulling machine ,jumping the fence, recall hopeless ,jumps up. Really awesome effort by the owner in her more mature years and the neighbour who does most of the walking. A work in progress but now a plan to follow. I'm looking forward to seeing the improvements in a couple of weeks.
