Very informative and detailed training. Taught Sarah more about how to discipline and understand Katinka's behaviour. Information left with us was very useful to go back to. Sarah needs to keep using skills taught.

Mark was brilliant the way he explained why dogs do things the way they do. He also brought his dog Ice with him to help Coco be not so scared of other dogs. He rewarded us with praise with the training as well as Coco which was lovely. Would highly recommend his services to anyone with a Dog. He spent quality time with us, even helping us with training her on a walk. He included 2 x training pillows to help us with her training and a new collar is on its way. Thank you Mark for all your help and guidance

Fantastic people and beautiful place, I travelled to Franz joseph to Help Mel and Nigel as they are in a remote area and no one was prepared to help out. The lesson was better than I had thought it may turn out from their description of their dogs behaviour. Patiently listened and put in place our training program during the lesson with very pleasing results. They even put me up for the night. Franz Joseph is 4-5 hour drive from my CHCH base. Thanks for the day and night and the privilege to spend time with you both in a stunning environment. Keep up the great work

Mark clearly explained the reasons for Poppy's behaviour, and explained techniques we could use to correct it. Poppy responded incredibly well during the initial training session, and we have noticed that she is now much calmer and easier to recall. With ongoing training we are confident that Poppy's behaviour will continue to improve, and our frustration levels will drop!

Great day with Lisa and Bradman the Lab. Happy chappy but left his ears in the sleeping basket , highly excitable. His problems were around that excitability and enthusiasm for any playful to the point of no focus. He responded very well and will follow up with the hubby soon as two consistent leaders are better than one. I'm looking forward to seeing the new improved Bradman

Mark was a great trainer, we all enjoyed the lesson including Sheeba! We saw great results as soon as he came in our gate. Mark explained himself clearly and catered to Sheebas needs. Being first dog owners we found him very approachable and helpful.

We think the 3 hour session is a great foundation to retraining because a variety of different practical scenarios were set up for us and Biff to work through.
