Bandit is nearly 3yrs old and likes to bark at any noise he hears from the house, plus pulls when walking and has intermittent obedience. Keiko showed us some simple methods and approaches and we are already seeing positive results within a few days, and without the need for treats! More work to be done, but very happy with the progress so far, and the presentation and extra knowledge we now have means we can get more enjoyment from our relationship with Bandit.

From the moment Keiko stepped into our home, her professionalism and passion for what she does were evident. She dedicated time to observe the behavior of our 2-year-old Pomeranian, Biscuit, understanding her unique personality, and tailored her approach to address our specific concerns. Her deep knowledge and expertise in canine behavior were truly impressive. During our first session, Keiko provided clear instructions and practical techniques that were easy to follow. What amazed us the most was witnessing the immediate positive response from Biscuit. The transformation in her behavior was remarkable. Additionally, Keiko shared valuable insights on understanding Biscuit's cues, creating a stronger bond between us. She not only addressed the issues at hand but also empowered us with the knowledge to continue the training on our own. We can't thank Keiko enough for her dedication, patience, and expertise. Our first session with Keiko was awesome! Keiko was very lovely to work with. She was very professional, knowledgeable and passionate in the way she shared her information with us. Her communications were clear and she gave great examples to help us understand what we as Ula's family needed to do and put in place to help connect and communicate better with her. She introduced and explained the Bark Busters Training Techniques clearly and showed us in practice with Ula all in that first session how it was effective. The education she gave us around how dogs operate and communicate and what she shared about nutrition for Ula was much appreciated too. Just in that first session with Keiko we saw great improvements for both ourselves and Ula and we are all much calmer and clearer on our path forward. By committing to the homework Keiko has set with us, we see positive things for Ula and us all as a family. We are so glad we reached out to Keiko for help and signed up for the lifetime support. We've worked with Keiko on our older dog (now 8, M, Lab) since he was about 3 to fix some tough habits and noticed a massive difference and so when we got a new puppy (8w, M, Retriever), she was one of our first calls. She's amazing at handling my big family and training all of us to be good leaders to our dogs as well as training our dogs. Would highly recommend. She's incredibly generous with her time and knowledge and with a lifetime support package, it's a no brainer.

Our 3yo boy, Dino, had bitten twice and, heartbreakingly, we were considering putting him down because we were so stressed about it happening again and we have young kids and lots of people visiting. We talked to a few trainers but Keiko offered us the most hope from that initial call. Keiko quickly showed us that Dino felt like he had to control situations because he was above us in the hierarchy. She gave us the tools to change this and taught us how to communicate better in dog language. It is funny because we have had numerous good dogs for over 20 years (and Dino's best mate Max is amazing), I have horses, cows etc but Dino, really tested us. You think what you are doing is right because you haven't had any issues for 20 years but this is where we were wrong and we needed a professional come and explain to us what we were doing wrong and open our eyes. Since Keiko has visited we have noticed a remarkable change in his behaviour and can see over time that we can break these bad habits completely. We are so grateful because she really has saved us a lot of heartache and Dino's life. Thank you Keiko!!

Truthfully, I was hesitant to get help with my dog because I didn't want to be judged on my total lack of knowledge of how to raise her. I'm so glad we went ahead with it because Keiko showed me how to truly love my dog and how much pressure she is carrying because I haven't taken a leadership role so she has had to step in and carry that responsibility. We have only had one training session but Onyx walked on a loose leash like a champ. I'm looking forward to being able to do all the things I've wanted to do with my dog that I haven't been able to because of her reactive behaviour. I'm truly amazed and grateful at how simple Keiko explained things and how much hope I have now after just one interaction with Bark Busters.
