Hi - immediate results so we are delighted with progress to date. Kept it simple and didn't try and do too much - we are having ongoing success with behaviour and looking forward to moving forward with our dogs.

Keiko was very pleasant to work with and explained everything to us clearly for us to understand. And taught us how to use commands for Gem to respond too. Progress is going well and we have noticed the change in Gem to our commands. Very pleased with results so far.

Keiko started educating us how to manage our first ever puppy, 13 weeks old. He’s been getting big, strong and showing his strong will everyday. His separation anxiety is particularly getting worse and this issue is the top priority to manage. Charlie responded Keiko right away and we’ve got lots of practice to do. It is very good system that we can reach out to her if we need her help. We look forward to see our progress and achieve our goal, happier puppy and human.

Our 2 year old Spaniel, Leo had recently started growling at children and jumping up on them as well as being extremely hyper when guests came over, barking at neighbours and pulling on the leash. Keiko was incredible right from the get go. She clearly explained to us that Leo lacked respect and thought he was top of the pecking order in our household. Once she explained his behaviours to us, and all the little things we didn’t realise we were doing to promote these behaviours, we had a big break through moment. Leo has responded incredibly well to the training so far and we can’t wait to get Keiko back to help us continue the training.

We had a wonderful first training session with Keiko. I was very pleasantly surprised to see how quickly Tilly responded to her! Literally changing her behaviour within 10 minutes. I know we still have a way to go, but I have been well equipped with information and training to make it happen! I feel totally supported and confident in moving ahead with all our goals!

Fantastic. We’ve noticed a marked difference in 3 days. It’s Applied behavioural Analysis, and wonderful to get it explained simply and applied to dogs. Something that actually works. What a waste of money it would have been if I’d gone with a trainer instead of a proper behaviourist like Keiko.

Our first session with Keiko was awesome! Keiko was very lovely to work with. She was very professional, knowledgeable and passionate in the way she shared her information with us. Her communications were clear and she gave great examples to help us understand what we as Ula's family needed to do and put in place to help connect and communicate better with her. She introduced and explained the Bark Busters Training Techniques clearly and showed us in practice with Ula all in that first session how it was effective. The education she gave us around how dogs operate and communicate and what she shared about nutrition for Ula was much appreciated too. Just in that first session with Keiko we saw great improvements for both ourselves and Ula and we are all much calmer and clearer on our path forward. By committing to the homework Keiko has set with us, we see positive things for Ula and us all as a family. We are so glad we reached out to Keiko for help and signed up for the lifetime support. We've worked with Keiko on our older dog (now 8, M, Lab) since he was about 3 to fix some tough habits and noticed a massive difference and so when we got a new puppy (8w, M, Retriever), she was one of our first calls. She's amazing at handling my big family and training all of us to be good leaders to our dogs as well as training our dogs. Would highly recommend. She's incredibly generous with her time and knowledge and with a lifetime support package, it's a no brainer.
