We thought it was extremely informative. Good as the trainer took her time to explain and discuss everything in great detail and answered any and all questions. Keiko has a great demeanor and a passion for her job is evident. She is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, professional and friendly. She took charge of the situation immediately. In the time she spent with us, we have seen a change in Bubbles.

Training was very informative, the way in which the approach is explained is very clear and makes a lot of sense. Keiko was very organised and had a bag of tricks, if Gus did not respond to one thing she had lots of other resources to use. Gus responded pretty much straight away to the training techniques which is amazing to see. We mostly appreciate the fact the training is not treat driven - as explained we should not have to bribe our dogs for them to respect us. The training was very hands on followed up by all the techniques written down which has been very useful to refer back to during the week. Keiko was very friendly and accessible if we had any further questions. Keiko explored all aspects of Gus's life/environment and gave us some great ideas on diet and how diet can effect behavior.

I recommend Bark Busters because it is effective and we can teach the dogs in a way that you are not physical with them.

Keiko is great. I'm a first time dog owner. Geordie is a very shy rescue dog, but she was patient but firm with both of us. (I needed more training than the dog!) I feel I can now be a good, responsible dog owner of a very happy dog.

The training we received for our dog was invaluable. Already we are noticing results. We feel like we will get a lot more from Bark Busters than other training schools as we loved the fact that the training is in your house and relevant only to your dog and his behaviour. Keiko is an amazing and very patient trainer. After the first session we have already seen results with our mini dachshund (a well known stubborn breed!). Keiko was able to answer all questions and provide great advice on how we can implement changes easily within our household and our dog Bruno has responded excellently. Even though our puppy is still a baby 11 weeks, Keiko was able to teach us some amazing skills to make Monty so well behaved puppy and later on a well behaved dog. She gave us the confidence to do this and all without treats or bribery! Amazing.
