My 5 year old Staffy/American Bulldog has been barking at every visitor coming through the door and every person walking past the house. A month ago she finally nipped at a visitor and that's when I knew I needed to do something. I did not know or have the tools on how to deal with this and I knew locking her in her crate each time a visitor came in was not fixing the root problem. Keiko was amazing, on the first day she established within a few minutes what was going on, that Delta was confused and was trying to be pack leader of our family. Keiko gave us the theory and practice needed to break Delta out of her barking frenzy, calm down and meet this new visitor completely calm and happy. It was amazing, a massive weight was lifted of our shoulders and it gave me the confidence to know everything was going to be ok. Keiko is worth every penny and I am so glad I called her in. We and Delta are much happier (and only after the first lesson!) and with the homework and lessons that will follow I'm looking forward to the new positive relationship we can have with Delta.

I am incredibly grateful for the amazing help from Keiko. My dog has issues with excessive barking, jumping, and anxiety at home and also during walks, with Keiko's guidance I noticed results from the very first session. Keiko's patience and professionalism were key. She taught our family effective techniques, and now we can communicate better with our dog and he behaves better. Keiko has changed my life in 3 days. Our dog Loki was so aggressive with visitors that I was scared to ask people over. With a baby on the way I was starting to become very anxious about how I would handle the situation. On her first visit she taught us so much that we saw a huge change in Loki's behavior without treats or yelling. Her calm, clear, friendly manner and incredible depth of knowledge are exactly what we needed. A huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders now that I have Keiko’s strategies under my belt. I’m looking forward to learning more from her in our next lessons. My entire family is astonished by the results she has achieved in just 3 days since our first lesson. Loki seems so much happier and calmer too.

Thank you so much Keiko, after just one session Poppy is a much happier, calmer dog, I wouldn't believe the results if I didn't see them for myself! Our training sessions are so much more enjoyable now that we're speaking the same language.

Fabulous first session with Keiko. We’ve learnt so much already and have noticed a difference in our boy’s behaviour after just one session. We look forward to seeing the results after completing his 6weeks of home practice. Keiko made the whole experience enjoyable and provided loads of information and tools for support. We were absolutely overjoyed and amazed at the difference in our dog after just a few hours with Keiko. Even a day later it feels like we have a different dog, even though we know there's lots more work to do. If you're on the fence at all about calling BarkBusters please do it. Keiko was very friendly and professional and made the whole process of understanding why our dog acts the way he does very engaging and intuitive.

We are very happy with our first training session. We have been two other trainers and this one is outstanding in comparison. Keiko is patient, and calm and does not encourage shock therapy or aggression toward our dog - which is what the other two previous trainers recommended. The whole experience from online enquiry, information call back from Keiko, set up of first training, payment, and also aftercare has been amazing and we cannot fault this company at all. Keiko you are outstanding at what you do and we are super grateful for the information you have given us to be able to understand our dog a whole lot better! We know to maintain what was taught we need to consistently adhere to what Keiko has taught us but we are also very grateful that Keiko is just a call/email away if we need to ask questions or re-set. Highly, highly recommended!

Keiko has been absolutely amazing for us and our pup Ralph. We were able to see differences immediately following the first training session and we feel confident that in time, we will see great results. Keiko is very knowledgeable and friendly and she has given us plenty of tips, tools and techniques to improve our dogs behaviour. We feel we are in safe hands and highly recommend her to anyone needing some help with their pup.

I booked in with Keiko after a phone call. She did explain what to expect, but I was surprised with the first lesson. 2/3rds of the first lesson wasn't to train the dog, but to train the humans! I thoroughly enjoy the presentation on all things we need to know about dogs and their pack. How dog mommy teaches their pups and how we can do the same and be the alpha. I am pleasantly surprised with how much Cricket has learnt and changed just from the first lesson where Keiko spent about an hour with Cricket and myself. Her biggest issue has been dog aggression and pulling on lead. She has improved significantly on lead, we are yet to move on to the dog reactive session yet. I look forward to seeing Keiko again.

What an amazing experience this has been. Despite owning dogs before (and struggling with training methods) we were unsure how to proceed with a new Dachshund puppy of 14 months. We had attended a course for puppies with a group of 6 others but the individual coaching in our home with Keiko surpassed anything else that could be offered. Not only did she deal with the specific problems we had but the reinforcement of her ideas in the written form was so very useful in the months following. A 2nd session with Keiko at our home, reinforced all these ideas and dealt with some more specific problems we still had. We are about to organise our 3rd session now that we understand our dog's nature better. We heartedly recommend Keiko, expensive but DEFINITELY worth it!
