It has been so helpful to have Mark spend training time with all of us, so we can confidently learn about training Luna to our new pack. We appreciate his prompt email responses and dropping in to help us re-set and re-focus. His kind, calm and experienced manner is really appreciated and valued.

Mark has been helping our family with our 7-month-old border collie spaniel cross. She has had some challenging behavior towards other dogs. With his guidance, we have made huge improvements with her socialization. His advice has been invaluable in understanding her personality and behaviors. We are able to manage her boisterous nature and calm her anxiety. She is growing into a beautiful family dog. Thank you so very much.

My husband and I really enjoyed out lesson with Mark. We really learnt a lot and the techniques that we were shown, we can use on Rosie. She is already doing really well with her walking already that Mark has shown us. I recommend anyone that has been having problems with their dog to get Bark Busters involved as you will notice a difference very quickly. Thank you so much, it was excellent! Jackie

I have a 10 month old border Collie named clover who was aggressive towards people she didn't know. So i searched up what to do about it, and Bark Busters came up. I immediately got in touch with Mark, who talked me through what he would do. Then i booked a lesson. When Mark turned up, Clover was off the leash, and run to the gate barking. Her hackles were up, and she was on her guard, (what she does to every visitor) Mark then talked me through why she did this, and helped me to calm her down, and understand what she was feeling. By the first 5 minutes, we had her listening, and she was doing everything Mark and I was saying. Incredible transformation., and he also helped with other small problems, like pulling on the leash, walking with out a leash, and even helped out with cattle. Overall, I would DEFIENTLY recommend Bark Busters to anyone having any troubles with their dog. Friendly helpful service, and learnt a lot from the experience. By the end of the lesson, all my problems was solved, and she is a much more enjoyable dog to have around. Thanks Mark, and to anyone having problems with their puppy/dog this guy knows his stuff!

We had a major problem with our older dog accepting our new pup and after 3 months of keeping them separated we were at the end of our tether. Mark Gall was recommended to us so we got him out and within 2 weeks the two dogs are playing together and inseparable. We both have had dogs all our lives but learned so much in the three hours we spent with Mark. Thanks so much Mark, we have our lives back now ???

We got Coco at 6months old.
Blind in one eye from an hereditary trait from her father, she was very timid and coming from a farm.. seemed afraid of everything "Town".
We decided after having her at home for 3weeks to call Mark at Bark Busters to get some basic obedience training and to help her with her fears.
Within a few minutes of training with Mark my husband and I saw an immediate change in Coco.
No longer fearful of all those unknowns and now knowing her place within our "pack". She is a different dog,
Much more relaxed.
Still alot of training ahead, but she is doing so well.
We would definitely recommend Mark to anyone needing help with their pup/dog.

This gorgeous young dog is blind in one eye from birth and parents dogs with behaviour issues of nervousness and teritorial problems, so her first several months were learning to be anxious of new people, dogs, places experiences. So when rehomed to her forever home she was scared of lots of things and not good at focussing. The owners have applied our speakdog to teach dog techniques and she's changed almost overnight. Awesome work guys and Coco

From the moment Mark walked in the door things began to change for us and Mia. Mark was able to explain to us in very understandable terms how we might alter our approach. Then he was able to help us instigate these changes immediately. Mia responded so well. It is only day one and we have a lot of practice to do. But it feels like we have finally found a way forward after trying so many different alternatives. Thank you Mark for your help.

Mia was a very hyped 7mth GSP. She was so unfocussed in side and out in the yard but the major problems are outside her large section. Very limited focus and pulls to anything of interest, Extremely hard to walk nicely. The 1st session showed some good improvements and the owners are impressed , still a work in progress though.

We saw a massive change in Frankies behaviour after one session. We feel confident we can manage her fear of cars and car lunging in a kind way. Mark was great with the whole family, and our older dog too!

Frankie was scared of cars ,joggers, movement as she had her first couple of months in the quiet of lockdown, no traffic, not contact. Being a Border Collie she has a natural tendency to chase and herd, not good when its cars. She is a work in progress because she's very young but has proved she can refocus form the perceived threats and look and listen to her pawrents. Nice work team Frankie.

Little 5mth Border Collie , fear aggressive to cars , as well as basic training. The owner had to carry her back from a walk because of her hyped state and car lunging. The lesson went well and the owners applied the techniques very well, huge improves in the 1st session. Next steps soon. Nice work guys.

Fantastic training and having it in home made all the difference to explain to Mark areas within the house and section we needed help with. We have some thing to work on and then Mark will come back again to help us.

Little Hurley a Cavoodle, arrived at the owners home the day before lockdown, So at 5 mths now this little guy has had no formal training , no puppy school due to social contact restrictions. He's a great wee man and responded well and part of Bark Busters lifetime support guarantee . We will be continuing several sessions with Hurley as he progresses and responds to basic training. So far he's doing great. Fun fella and the owners are awesome.

Wow, what can I say? Emailing Bark Busters in desperation last night, but not expecting to hear from them for weeks, but within the hour I had a reply to my email. Mark was up in Nelson on a family trip till Monday and felt our situation was urgent and booked us in for 12pm today. He started training us and Lucy the minute he got to the top of our stairs. Amazing trainer, speaks clearly and can easily understand what he is saying. Within less than 5 minutes he had Lucy subdued and obeying commands. NO treats involved, just voice commands. Highly, highly recommend. Lifetime guarantee with follows by phone, video or in person anytime. Very quiet happy house. Thank you Mark.

The change in Dougal after 1 lesson has been great. This morning remembered to let me go out the door first. Had to be reminded a couple of time on leaving the crate but was able to get 2 mths away before inviting him to leave the crate. His first walk around the yard with me was a little slow but got there in the end. His response with the neighbours has improved already. Very happy with that.
Thanks Mark. Looking for to the next lesson

Got the call from the West coast to help curb this cute barker , nipper snapper. Progressively over a while Dougal 2 1/4 yr old Westie had got more barky at neighbours and postie /couriers. To the point of bite without breaking skin. Time to adjust the adrenalin. This lesson was done from my office computer to their tablet during the NZ lockdown so another session is due soon but so far the improvement and owners new skills are being applied brilliantly. well done team Dougal.
