Excellent training. Gave me confidence and tools to work with to ensure Kaspa is listening and a lot less stressed knowing that I am now the Alpha.
Mark spent over 3 hours with us. He ensured that we experienced and corrected issues relating to other dogs, (we had to go and find some), and also went to the Vet and spent some time there.

We found Mark to be a friendly approachable trainer who is easy to contact. His experience and calm demeanour was perfect for what we needed. He answered all our questions and it is great he came to our home. The initial assessment of our dog helped put our minds at ease and we are having so much more fun now.

Highly informative and practical training. We found Mark very easy to talk too and he was able to explain the dog leadership theory in ways that made us understand Biff's behaviour and what we needed to change about our body language to start correcting it. We think the 3 hour session is a great foundation to retraining because a variety of different practical scenarios were set up for us and Biff to work through.

It was a good opportunity to take time to ask questions relating to Izzy and make the lesson more specific to her and her home environment unlike some of the puppy preschool classes attended.
It was good the whole family could be involved. Mark was very patient with our young children.
Trainer note from Mark
Very good wee dog , Gsp x Huntaway, clever and quite submissive but smart. Busy house with two active boys and wee Izzy does well to not get anxious of all the activity. I'm sure with the owners diligence she'll turn out a very well behaved girl

Training was excellent Mark has given me the skills to carryon and work with my dog. I now feel confident about taking him for a walk where there will be other dogs.

Awesome dog , great people, missed out on a trip to Stewart Island but got the Job done much sooner thanks to the owner making a big effort to come up to Canterbury. Soft and submissive dog with dog aggressive issues due to a few incidents as its got older ,and with the right guidance should be a good for many years to come. Excellent job.

Mark certainly knows his stuff, very easy to get on with. Within 24 hours we have noticed a difference. Have been telling others about the training and certainly recommending your company. Great follow up as well.

Awesome little super cute dog ,super smart but quite head strong. Did a follow up today to see how she was doing and certainly the owners have put in place the suggestions I'd given. Still work to go but even her lead work with the 15min today she started to refocus onto the owners. Great work guys keep up the good work

My sister referred me to Mark from Bark Busters, today he arrived at my home on time and gave me some important tips, even before entering the door for my dogs behaviour. After spending 3.15 hrs with me and Pearl I am confident that there will be change. Today I noticed the change in Pearl's walking on a lead with less pulling and more focus on me and my instructions. Putting these simple facts to test is already showing through. Pearl also has seperation anxiety and this will be the big challenge but I appreciate being able to see how my behaviour will encourage Pearl's behaviour, I look forward to using techniques that were displayed today to creating such a gem. She is great when I'm home from work and look forward to the day I can go to work and know she feels she is in a happy place without the worry of where "Mum" is. Thanks for your time and speedy service and I look forward to one weeks time to show you our progress.
