It has only been a few days since Mark came to see us, and the changes have been instant. Mark explained our 5months old puppy’s behaviour and gave us valuable management strategies to correct behaviour and to more importantly reassure our anxious little girl. While there is still work to do, we feel a lot more comfortable and doing an early intervention like this will no doubt save us plenty of trouble later on.

Mark from Bark Busters provided heaps of reading to get is started before we even met him, which was very informative. He spent quite a long time with us initially which was great so we developed a trust his methods were the way forward for our very reactive rescue young huntaway girl. We've had good improvement walking on the lead and reactivity towards wheels on prams etc. has lessened a lot. Reactivity towards dogs when she's on lead is still huge and we're practicing our exercises hoping for gradual improvement with time. It's been very stressful for us, we're in our 60's so definitely don't handle the aggression well, Especially the pulling and lunging at dogs. We've had 2 sessions so far, we may need a few more to gain confidence in dealing with the reactivity and recall training to follow. Overall, a good start with Mark, he's very professional and kind.

Mark was amazing at explaining everything, reasoning why we needed to change and how. We were totally shocked at how quickly our dog has responded and the improvement in the first couple of days has been awesome. Originally called Mark for an incident involving our Beefy a Staffordshire Bull Terrier getting very dominant and over baring with another dog. Council involved.

Mark was amazing ,we saw a change in our dogs behaviour with in the first hour. We can now cook in the kitchen without tripping over dogs, and food staying on the bench . Walking the dogs has become so much better. Indy is less stressed when cars passing her while out walking.

We had Mark in to help us with our 12 week old dachshund puppy, Poppy. Having never trained a dog we didn’t know where to start. Mark put us at ease straight away. He had a really lovely manner with Poppy, and our kids. The training was explained really thoroughly. Whilst different to what we’d previously been told by family etc, this new form of training makes so much sense and is very logical to follow. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mark to anyone. Looking forward to putting it all to practice. Poppy seems to respond beautifully.

Mark was great, noticed a difference straight away. Has stopped pulling on the lead and work in progress to stop her jumping up.

Stressed, skeptical but desperate, we contacted Mark having read his reviews on Facebook. We have two English Pointers, Poppy and Lilly and a Bullmastiff Sharpei cross all with different issues. Two weeks out from moving from a 10 acre block to 500m by the beach house, I finally bit the bullet and contacted Mark. Dogs have run free off lead for a couple of years and have parents with different handling styles. Husband, typical Kiwi, she'll be alright and me tearing my hair out because of the barking at anything. Our first session was yesterday. Within a couple of hours we saw amazing results. Training with Poppy and Sully I managed to walk both dogs on lead and off lead! This morning I was sure I would not remember anything. No worries though, feeding time was a breeze. I opened the door, gave one correction and all three dogs sat and let me go out first. I even had to call them to come out I don't trust reviews, I didn't believe we would ever be able to walk the dogs without being pulled along. However, I have today, on my own whilst Hubby was at work managed a short 300m walk with all three dogs OFF LEAD to heel. They would normally just run off and ignore me. This will make a huge difference to our life near the beach. Thank you Mark for training us how to communicate with our dogs 🐕 😀

We were a wee bit skeptical that Mark could give us the tools to have Ed behaving as a member of our family rather that a issue. After our first Ed was a changed dog. We learnt a lot of valuable information about how to connect with Ed in a way he understands. We still have a way to go but all signs are good that the new skills we have are going to give us an awesome dog for many years. Highly recommend Mark's service.

A great morning. Knowledgeable beyond belief. It was a very informative lesson and 3 days in and im seeing results and a demeaned change already. Can’t wait for follow up lessons.

Mark was absolutely incredible , we are so so thankful , truely just in a few hours completely changed our relationship with our dog and made our dog much more relaxed in his own home. We are so happy we have the right commands now with our dog. Marks service was completely worth it and we are so grateful

Mark came to our home to support us with our 14 month old Rottweiler Mavericks. We were struggling with quite a few behaviours with Mav particularly around his big emotions to other dogs, lead pulling and attention seeking. Mark thoroughly talked us through the process, acknowledged our concerns and worked with us in an encouraging supportive way to help address these concerns and correct and refocus the behaviours. By the end of the session we felt as though we had so much more understanding of how to work alongside Mavericks and by the end of the session we had results.
