Frankie is a German Shepherd of 5 yrs. old. Who is quite dog reactive. Pulled a lot and really had no focus on the owners when outside the property. Worried about everything and visually over stimulated. 1st steps are in place to have a program to refocus retrain his attention. She did very well but will be a work in progress , hence our life of the dog guarantee.

Floyd is a 2.5 yr Boxer , lovely lad I've nick named lover boy. Although called in for aggression , pulling and barking ,he's really just anxious and scared. He was very harsh at the front door visitors and other dogs dure to fear aggression and being in charge ( or so he assumed) didn't help. After just 30min of working through off lead focus s exercises in the house it was clear he needed guidance by mum and her take charge. And that's when mr lover boy shone through. Still more work to go with dog reactiveness due to being attacked but certainly huge improves with in the lesson all implemented by the owners. Great work mum and Mr Floyd aka lover boy.

Young couple , new house , new puppy . Great little soft natured Boxer but does need guidance as the owners aren't totally familiar with bringing up puppies . Work in progress as expected but little Datsun is already picking up the communication the owners are applying. Nice job guys . See you soon for 2nd session.

This is a special case , 88 year old lady and a very pushy but lovely 5 yr old Shihtzu x Maltese. rushes to greet guests, Pulls, barks , recall not good, dog reactive to one dog in the retirement village. A work in progress and we are taking small slow steps at the owners pace so haven't got to the aggression issues yet. Hence not all problems were covered in the first lesson. The dog responded well considering it's been in charge for many years but progress is happening. And practice will be required. Receipt and guarantee haven't been written up yet and review was done one day after our first session on the first of many lessons.

As Kirsten has indicated these two lovely dogs are chalk and cheese in temperament and application. Ghost is such a lover boy he can't contain himself with people. And Hank busy hiding away from the same people. Both the dogs and the owners applied the techniques shown to communicate really well with both dogs even though the problems where so different. I'll expect two pretty relaxed dogs on my next visit , Still works in progress though as dogs need guidance to know exactly what to do. Great work to the boys and great work too Kirsten.

Mark dealt with Aggression, Pulling, Sibling rivalry
Little Marley is a young Border Collie. lovely temperament but reactive to dogs and big barker at the door also pulls and forgets to respond to his name. He responded well in our first lesson teaching the owners to communicate in a way he can relate too. Still a work in progress and a second visit soon will help clarify and adjust what's not quite there yet. Nice job Marley and Pawrents.

Mark dealt with Aggression, Barking, Pulling, Recall, Separation anxiety, Sibling rivalry
Certainly a serious issue to deal with as Red a 10 yr old Red heeler who has had a bad upbringing and most probably some physical abuse hence his fear aggression when voices got loud or activity got high . He focussed on defending his new mum against the hubby , to point of biting. After the lesson he was certainly much better behaved but also the need to work slowly and carefully at the level Red can handle to desensitize to high adrenaline stimulus. I'll be keen to take further steps in teaching the owners to understand him and work him through his fears. Awesome job guys.

Mark dealt with Aggression, Barking, Recall, Sibling rivalry, Other
Bella is a boxer who has possibly had abuse prior to the current owners rehoming her . She was reactive to men and especially caps ,hoodies ,dark clothing etc. Barker at the door and lunge at guests. Both herself and the owners did very well and soon after applying the programming exercises she settled to the point of pats and no barks at unknown visitors. As it happens during the lesson some visitors she didn't know arrived. Well done team Bella the Boxer

Mark dealt with Barking, Hyperactivity, Jumping up, Pulling, Recall, Separation anxiety, Sibling rivalry
Oakley is a Golden retriever unneutered male of 8mths of age . The owner was struggling with his focus and listening to commands and control as he would jump , pull ,has separation anxiety , rush guests and generally far to boisterous and over exuberant. Her biggest issue was Oakley would not get into her car even though the older dog would. During the lesson by using the dogs pack rules and communication he started to respond well. Our second session is soon and we'll fine tune what is still a work in progress. Nice work so far Oakley and mum.

Mark dealt with Barking, Pulling, Recall, Sibling rivalry
Bobby is a beautiful big Boxer boy. From Buller west coast. Since dad passed, mum had struggled to get on top of some of his behaviours as he's decided to be pack leader in the house , barking too strongly at arrivals, pulling and recall but also jumping up and starting to play rough with nipping. He responded very well and now the chook feeding routine is much more controlled among other things. Just one session so far but huge improvements all credit to Mum for applying the speakdog process. Well done both of you.

Mark dealt with Aggression, Barking
Ahhh little Charli. Lovely wee guy but definitely thinks he needs to be protector of all. Vey barky at arrivals both at home and at the retail shop .Major fear aggression at the vets, will bite. So the lesson went well , he responded well and stated focusing, we got to the vets with much less reaction than usual although that will be a work in progress but initially showing great promise of toning down his bossiness. Nice work Charli and Mum.
