Chico's and my training with Keiko started when Chico was a wee pup. Chico was our second dog under Keiko. Chico responded well and listened to me and his other humans. When my husband passed away, Keiko came over to check on Chico. She made sure he wasn't stressed and that we are continually training Chico the right way. Keiko was and is always available for any dog issues we have. We sent a text and she would call soon after. We just had a 'refresher training' today. Keiko reminded me some training techniques I have forgotten and taught me some new ones too. So thankful.

Both of us are very pleased that we contacted Bark Busters Mark Gall and found the ideas and training with Mark to be very helpful and knowledgeable.

Two little character dogs, both barkers and reactive at the fences . They've had a subdivision grow around them as the owners were close to the first to build in Pegasus. The house outlook is the whole street but both dogs and owners did very well.

Mark was amazing with our training. I was very lost and didn't know how to deal with my dogs problems. i have noticed a huge difference in the last 24hrs and keeping up with marks training my dog will be back on track. I would highley recommend him.

Ava was a very reactive Shepherd x Rotty who has been teased and abused over the fence from neighbours for barking issues, which only increased after the abuse. Highly strung and stressed out. Erin did really well as a soft natured person to develop some simple and effective focus techniques. Great work

Keiko was fantastic. Listened to what we needed and helped us to understand what we needed to do. We would definitely recommend Bark Busters. Keiko worked with our whole family so that we are all on the same page with teaching our puppy. The advice was sensible, straight forward and most importantly - works.

Very clear communication of information, followed up by practise and demonstration. Highly recommend Keiko. Learned how to use "dog" language, tone and body language effectively. Keiko helped us to understand Bella's point of view. Great notes and email communication. Keiko was patient, thorough, helpful, supportive and understanding.

Thank you Mark for your amazing work with our beautiful wee Charlee. Even with this first day of training she has learned so much and we are confident we will be able to carry on this training and have a wonderful life with our puppy. Mark was awesome. We saw a change in Sienna's behaviour immediately. Mark helped us to understand our dog better and read her body language. The change to our family life has been dramatic - less noise and less stress. Thank you!!

Since Mishka has had injury on her left Bicep. We were worried that she could be injured more severely if we couldn't control her in the garden. Now we feel confident that she will obey our commands and no longer bark at the cars on the road or people passing by. Mishka will be happy and we will too.

I saw an amazing transformation in both my dogs on day one. I had one "barker" and one "jumper". Keiko retrained ME!! I have high hopes now where previously there was despair.

Keiko is such a wonderful trainer. She comes in with quite confidence and observes the dog from the moment she enters the house. She has a wonderful nature and patiently clears all your doubts. She has a world of knowledge and I am really fortunate to have her train Petal.
