5th September 2018 - Mark Gall

Had our first session today with Koda as she has some dog aggression within a couple of hours there was a huge improvement in her behaviour. Mark gave great information which was easy to understand and I look forward to using the techniques that mark has shown me to further improve her behaviour.

- k.r, richmond, Canterbury (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Mark
Koda is a placid Choc lab until a dog barks or shows aggression to her then fear aggression sets in, she has had free reign with the previous carers and doesn't focus well . She showed she can but will be a work in progress but showed huge potential to get over her fear issues.

Millie barked when somebody came to the door, she pulled on the lead when on a walk, jumped up on people and was constantly demanding attention. Mark showed us how to correct these behaviors, and almost instantly she became a different dog. She walks beside us now and is much more relaxed overall, I honestly thought I'd never see the day when she could walk nicely on and off a lead.

- F.H, Mataura, Southland (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Mark
Millie is a super clever Border collie cross who thought she was in charge. By using the simple and gentle techniques , shes responded very well and the owners did a great job apply the dog speak rules.

Mark has helped us to better understand our dog Tyson's dominant behaviors. He was able to start us off with techniques to correct his behavior so we can have a more relaxed and obedient dog . He let us know that it would be baby steps with Tyson and we have the reassurance of ongoing support . Mark was professional and was able to relay a basic training programme that we are confident to follow. Already Tyson is becoming a lot more settled thanks Mark

- J.N, Bromley, Canterbury (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Mark
Tyson is a 15mth old German shepherd un neutered male of direct German bloodline, extremely dominant and aggressive to visitors and other dogs ,animals. In the time the owners have had him they've not been able to get him to focus on commands even though they've owned several Shepherds before. His issues were aggression , barking , very physical and boisterious. Pulls. in fact isn't walk on the streets due to his nature. Tyson took a bit to settle and was starting to respond to our passive use of training techniques. I'm excited to see progress in a couple of weeks. Great work guys.

I found the training extremely helpful. Marks quiet but strong nature put my wee dog sophie at ease, and made the training easy for me to understand. All the written information left will help me continue the training and give me something to go back too if necessary it is also very assuring to know that i can call Mark if i have any ongoing problems and that there is help for the lifetime of my dog should other issues arrise.

We saw immediate improvement with our two dogs, Charley and Sputnik (both are Cavalier King Charles Spaniels). Mark helped us understand why our dogs were behaving the way they were, and helped us to become better pack leaders. His techniques were excellent, and he has been very responsive in terms of followup questions. Our dogs are so much better than they were before we met with Mark. I am thrilled with the service and cannot recommend it highly enough. I wish we had done this earlier!

- N.L, Blenheim, Marlborough (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Mark
Sputnik and Charley are great temperament dogs but barked and took on the visitors in a highly exciting way. The owners implemented our techniques and with in the lesson immediate improvement. Great work guys.

Good explanation of how puppy thinks, and how we need to treat him to help him be a well behaved dog as he grows

- N.C, Halswell, Canterbury (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Mark
Previous clients of a behaviour issue dog they decided to get us in right from the pick a puppy , which one , what temperament ,stage. The 1st lesson of several as well as puppy school this pup is going to cared for with supervision by the teenage son, so implementing the importance on focus and training was important. Great wee pup and he'll do well.

A simple and easy way to understand how a dog operates. Stanley was focussing and listening to me with in a very short time and not pulling on the lead, not rushing the doors, sitting and waiting, he wasn't scared of the world ,was looking around ,checking things out which was not what he was like before. He would react to anything and try to run away from it including the paddock which we run them in, I could even get him into that paddock at the first attempt to enjoy the space. There was no pressure on the dog or myself which made it easier to get the message across. We had thunderstorms that night and with the natural relaxants and Marks Bark Busters techniques Stanley was not worried about them. Still not enjoying them but much less stressed.

- K.A, Te Horo, Otaki (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Mark
Stanley is a rehome dog for the owners but was extremely worried about life as he'd no training and never been out of his yard , possibly tied up most of the time. A beautiful bull breed cross with a soft nature. He really didn't know what to do. Fantastic response and committed owners . Awesome work

I found the training very helpful. It was clear and concise and sensible. It definitely fitted what we needed. It was great to have some pre reading. And I am really pleased we have written notes as well as info sheets. I also really like the home training schedule I find this helpful as I like to have lists to follow. Having Mark come to our house was great.

- J.O, Paraparaumu Beach, Wellington (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Mark
Lovely dog but has been in charge for a little while ,a 6 mth Schnauzer and a new baby in the house changes the dynamic as well. She barked and pulled and rushed the door, also recall is an issue, even more so with a baby on board. She'll be a work in progress as most young dogs are but responded during the lesson. lead work she's a challenge with but has been let do her thing until now. Nice effort guys.

25th May 2018 - Mark Gall

Excellent practical lessons and tips which is already helping (after only a couple of hours). A very in charge dog with barking issues.

- C.V, Whitby, Wellington (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Mark
The lesson was with the family and one of the children so the consistency will be there and Lola a one year old Staffy with Fear issues showed focus skills not seen by the owners before. Nice work guys.

12th May 2018 - Mark Gall

I was amazed how quickly Mark identified the underlaying causes & problems we were having with Becky. I have had dogs for nearly 50 years & I realized that I still had much to learn. The changes I have noticed in Becky's behaviour within just a few hours of implementing Mark's recommendations have been quite astounding.

- S.G, Blenheim, Marlborough (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Mark
Becky is a Lakeland terrier and pushy with it. nice temperament just a bit in charge. She and the owners, active older folk, responded well and applied the process with almost instant results. Still need to keep up the focus work but great so far. Well done guys.
