Mark Gall is an excellent trainer - in the 3 hour lesson he had Spike walking beside us and listening to our commands. He was extremely patient and gave us a clear understanding on how a dog thinks and behaves. Having the gold membership also means that Mark will be returning to do some more training which is so helpful!

Mark had Tilly eating out of the palm of his hand as soon as he arrived. He was patient, fantastic at explaining the techniques and why we needed to use them and really took a lot of time to make sure we knew what we were doing. Mark was so friendly and approachable and made us feel really good about the training ahead. He was really personable and calm which made us feel calm about the whole process too. He made sure we felt comfortable about contacting him again if we needed him and nothing was a problem for him. The training was hands on (not just him showing us). Tilly was a new dog within an hour! So happy we got Mark in to help us...now we just need to put the plan into action.

Very pleasant guy ,gave us good information to continue with saw a change within the first half hour, very helpful. We will definitely continue with this . We didn't think we could do anything to change things but Chloe has really improved, we still have a long way to go but you need to start somewhere and we are very happy with what Chloe has done so far. It was great to have Mark explain the rectify the issues and problems we had with our two dogs, using simple and effective techniques. After the 3 hours of work we noticed a big change in Jessie, she had calmed and was more obedient. We still have work to do but was good to see how to effectively communicate with them to get the desired results. Thanks heaps and would totally recommend this service.

Mark was great, explained thoroughly and clearly the problems we had with both dogs and the corrections the dogs (and us!)needed to make. After 3 hours we noticed a big change in Jessie - more quieter and controllable. Still some work ahead of us but can't thank Mark enough for setting us in the right direction, and the fact we can follow up with him if we need to is great to know. Mark was able to arm me with the skills to provide constant training with very encouraging results...even during the lesson Paddy was starting to show results.

A wonderful, positive experience for us and our sensitive, untrained, family dog. A year after getting our poodle puppy for the family, we were completely floundering. Buddy was still not toilet trained, suffered from separation anxiety, was unable to walk on the lead, wouldn't respond to calls to come - running wildly across roads etc if off the lead, and constantly jumping up on our legs, - the result of coming from a poor breeder who had never trained him and then compounded by our lack of knowledge to correct the situation. Mark took control from the moment he walked in the front door, sizing up Buddy and his issues straight away. It is such a huge relief to have Mark guiding and supporting us for the life of Buddy. I love that his approach is so simple and so loving and our whole family is able to apply the training. Mark was very patient listening to all our concerns and we were able to get Buddy responding straight away - I feel like we are finally communicating with our dog and as a result he is able to finally 'get' what we have been asking him to do for the last year!!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark and I already have been spreading the word amongst friends and neighbours with dogs.

A quick message to say a BIG thank you. Jack is a changed dog. Even more changed after I added window adhesive to the corner window to slow down the vision of the street. Even when going out the dog door, no barking. Awesome result!

The training session was excellent. At times we could see that it was us (!) that was undergoing the training. They say that "you can't teach an old dog new tricks"...that isn't the case in our situation. Our dog has responded well to new commands and ways of interacting with us.

For us the real bonus was that Mark came to our home and went for a walk with us to see the issues we had at first hand. He quickly saw what needed to be corrected and we were able to immediately put Marks training into practice. All under his watchful eye. A lot of written information was left with us so we didn't have to try and remember everything! It is amazing to have Shadow walk alongside us instead of being a husky and pulling us along! Very glad we found Barkbusters.

Training was great. Mark sat down and talked us through everything and made it so easy to understand. Then we went through the training. After this we saw changes in Harry in just one day.
