Echo came to us from another family and had a few issues that we didn’t know how to correct. We got in contact with Mark and he was great from the get go. He gave us some help over a phone call, then a video call and then came for a home visit. He was really informative and has left leaving us with more confidence with Echo. We have 2 small children so to be able to take Echo for a walk with us without her dragging off in front is a huge boost. Echo hardly even reacted to Mark which proves that he is good with dogs! and the initial virtual lesson skills are working. I look forward to putting Echos new learnt skills to practice and watch her become the beautiful dog she is! Thank you Mark!

Our wee woof (Bella) is a rescue dog who was used for breeding and therefore, has triggers. Keith was very willing to work with us to ensure that we could implement these practices in a way that was safe for all of us. He was knowledgeable, empathetic, sympathetic and everything was explained in a way that we could all understand. Keith also got the measure of Bell very quickly and was able to clarify some of her behaviours for us. The exercises we have been given are easy and effective. We noticed a difference straight away although there are still areas where we are all still learning and it will take a while to embed but Keith was very open and honest with us about that. There is a huge emphasis on care for everyone which we appreciated.
Things aren't perfect but we now have strategies and exercises to work with and also know that we can call on Keith whenever we can, which give us all a high level of comfort.

We were inexperienced dog owners & we knew that our Ella was confused with our instructions. On the first day Keiko educated us & Ella learned not to jump up on people, barking is reducing, less demanding for attention, loose leash walking is improving. We are very happy with the progress we made in a short time & with consistency Ella will be a joy to take out to parks & beach. Keiko is very knowledgeable & was great in sharing her experiences. Keiko is great! We adopted our 1 year old dog and wanted him to settle in at our place with the right boundaries and rules. As he was our first dog, we wanted to get guidance and techniques on how to be good dog owners. Keiko's knowledge and patience helped us, and she answered all of our questions.

Moose a 3.5 yr old BLue Heeler and is dog reactive, pulls jumps up and when focussed on other things not good at recall. Quite a strong temperament but good natured with humans. He responded well and the owners understood and applied the techniques with improvements almost immediately . His work in progress will be the dog reactive behaviour but signs are promising already.

Mark visited my home yesterday to help me with my neo mastiff who is 20mths old. She scored so high I didn’t think we would be able to have a breakthrough with her but we did! First session she is completely different and the more and more I work with her I can see not all is lost. Mark was cool calm and collected a very welcoming person and also very non judgmental entering my home. Bell has up until yesterday run this house and now the tables have turned. I look forward to working more with Mark and training my beautiful girl. Can’t thank you enough.

Her issues are extremely people and dog reactive, pulls , won't listen in many situations and the owner has struggled to communicate effectively with Bell. Food hasn't been a draw for her. And a busy household with Dad working out of town making it even harder. The listen was conducted with safety so most of the interaction was not by me but the owner and me instructing her what the exercises are ,why and then how. A challenging dog but she responded quite quickly and actually got to the stage of not reacting to my presence at the door or window. Certainly a work progress and our lifetime support guarantee is there for that. Great work Bell and Mum.

Jack is a Cross breed of many small fluffy dogs but terrier is a common thread. His guarding of the property and barking were too extreme as he's nipped people visiting. Strong little temperament and with the Bark Busters refocus programming toned his reactions down a huge amount even with in the lesson time. He'll be a great dog but needs guidance. Well done for applying the techniques well and we'll touch base soon

Tough wee dog with big fear aggression issues. A puppy farm bred dog who has had many homes already due to unresolved aggressive issues. She responded well and I even got a pat of wee Sophie ,a 5yr old Pomeranian but has deep lying problems that will take time and patience and consistent speakdog processes to iron out. Committed owners and a forever home which she now has. Nice work guys . Call me for a revisit soon.

Your visit was a 100% success and more than we expected. Already the girls have stopped barking and jumping up. You were kind, extremely helpful and we are delighted with everything. It was a real pleasure to spend time with you and we can't thank you enough. The dogs seem happy and seem to understand what we want from them. If one word can describe your visit, it is BRILLIANT.
