What can I say , I had tried several online training courses which didn't really do it , so my vet suggested Bark Busters after buddy was a real pain in the clinic. I will admit to being a little concerned as it was a lot of money and although Marks reviews where good I had read a lot of other trainers reviews that weren't so good. Any way Mark arrived we had three hours which I didn't think would be enough with a hyper active dog. Well if you are in doubt like I was , just do it . Buddy is dramatically calmer, walks to heal, no more pulling, recall is not quite there yet but we will work on it , its opnly been a few days so far. So thank you Mark I am very impressed although I will admit to missing my crazy mad puppy in a good way, but the whole of the village is impressed with buddy and what Mark at Bark Busters achieved in one session . Still things to work on but money very well spent

Keiko was very clear and thorough with her advise and training. Freddie responded really well to the direction she was given. We feel like we are on the right track with her now and anticipate some good changes.

Keiko is magic. She was able to bring order to the chaos that erupts at our front gate anytime someone arrives, and our new puppy Luna was learning bad habits. The calmness that Keiko helped us achieve by teaching the humans of the house how to understand dogs was remarkable. So much help and information that has helped us to redirect behaviour and understand our dogs is priceless. An excellent investment!

Steve and I both found this extremely helpful. Even though Alfie is a small dog, he has habits that need sorting out. Since Keith was here, we have been using BB methods and Alfie has certainly been a lot calmer. The barking is still an issue, but is getting better every day.

Keiko was wonderful. She set the tone brilliantly and expertly explained how and why the system works. We are so looking forward to Briar becoming the best she can be.

My 5 year old Staffy/American Bulldog has been barking at every visitor coming through the door and every person walking past the house. A month ago she finally nipped at a visitor and that's when I knew I needed to do something. I did not know or have the tools on how to deal with this and I knew locking her in her crate each time a visitor came in was not fixing the root problem. Keiko was amazing, on the first day she established within a few minutes what was going on, that Delta was confused and was trying to be pack leader of our family. Keiko gave us the theory and practice needed to break Delta out of her barking frenzy, calm down and meet this new visitor completely calm and happy. It was amazing, a massive weight was lifted of our shoulders and it gave me the confidence to know everything was going to be ok. Keiko is worth every penny and I am so glad I called her in. We and Delta are much happier (and only after the first lesson!) and with the homework and lessons that will follow I'm looking forward to the new positive relationship we can have with Delta.

I am incredibly grateful for the amazing help from Keiko. My dog has issues with excessive barking, jumping, and anxiety at home and also during walks, with Keiko's guidance I noticed results from the very first session. Keiko's patience and professionalism were key. She taught our family effective techniques, and now we can communicate better with our dog and he behaves better. I highly recommend her services without hesitation!

Our session with Mark was so valuable. It’s amazing how changing a few simple things has transformed Bear’s overall behaviour. (If only some of these tips had been taught at puppy classes!) Our biggest challenges with Bear were jumping excitedly all over visitors, territorial barking, lead pulling and chasing aggressively after bikes and motorcycles. The greeting visitors, barking and lead pulling issues have largely been resolved and we have been given tools for dealing with the bike chasing. Mark is very patient and a great teacher. Bear is well on his way to becoming a calmer, better behaved wee companion.

Mark was great and within minutes Dotti responded to him and we had a different dog. He taught us how to work with her and by the next day walking was no longer a nightmare for us. We still have work to do with the separation anxiety, but it's early days.

Well worth it

Keiko has changed my life in 3 days. Our dog Loki was so aggressive with visitors that I was scared to ask people over. With a baby on the way I was starting to become very anxious about how I would handle the situation. On her first visit she taught us so much that we saw a huge change in Loki's behavior without treats or yelling. Her calm, clear, friendly manner and incredible depth of knowledge are exactly what we needed. A huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders now that I have Keiko’s strategies under my belt. I’m looking forward to learning more from her in our next lessons. My entire family is astonished by the results she has achieved in just 3 days since our first lesson. Loki seems so much happier and calmer too.
