Mark was great to deal with

Mark has helped us out a lot. He explained a few things we didn't realize we were doing and helped us to put in place strategies that have really helped with our dogs. sometimes you just need someone to show you where you might be going wrong and Mark was easily able to do that. We have already seen vast improvements in the issues we were experiencing with the dogs. thank you for your help.

Mark was so helpful and explained everything clearly. We learned how to train our puppy and our puppy learned what is expected of her. Fantastic advice and easy to repeat techniques.

Mark was great, he took time to walk through the basics of leadership with the dog, walked through some scenarios and gave us a solid plan to work on in the coming weeks. Our dog made changes on the day and we are looking forward to seeing how the training will help curb his aggression towards intact male dogs going forward.

Good first session

Right from the start Loki began to realise that he was not in charge and started to focus more on me. The correction stopped him and the worst of his behaviours was starting to get under control. I do like that he now knows that he is not in charge of what he does when it is not acceptable to me or the wellbeing of my two small dogs. I am so grateful to Keiko, the trainer, for her time and effort that she put into me and teaching Loki who is in control and that he has boundaries that he has to adhere to. Keiko was not pushy but did correct me when I got things wrong with Loki so that I could keep him on the right track. With time and consistency on my part and the help of Keiko I now know that Loki can have the life that he deserves. Looking forward to further improvements as the training moves forward.

Great session with Mark, very experienced and helped us understand why River was behaving as he was. Mark has given us great techniques to work with as we help River grow into the well behaved dog we know he can be.

Keiko is an incredibly knowledgeable, patient and accommodating trainer. We've seen great improvement in our pup in just a few sessions with her and we're excited to see the dog Otis will become thanks to Keiko's help. Keiko has given us tools to help Otis be more confident on his own at home, walk without pulling on the lead, develop better recall as well as door and food manners. We'd recommend her and Bark Busters to anyone with a new puppy!

Went beyond my expectations. Mark was wonderful. Extremely competent and gave clear instructions for us as owners of Jesse, to follow. Already after one session, Jesse is much quieter and more obedient. Worked like magic.

By showing us how to communicate with Rosie and interpret her body language Keiko put us on the same page. Hands down contacting Bark Busters was the best call I've made in my life, I wish I'd done so sooner. Rosie has always been aggressive toward other people, we couldn't take her anywhere, friends stopped coming over, if only she could be with others as she is with us. Although we were a little apprehensive as to how it would work out, Keiko kept everything simple and involved the whole family. Rosie responded amazingly well, I wouldn't ever have dreamed we'd be able to have a visitor over without putting Rosie in her kennel or crate whilst barking the house down. Within our first session Rosie was able to accept Keiko as our visitor and stop barking, she even stopped barking at the neighbours. We can already see Rosie's behaviour changing and are committed to working with her, it's so rewarding. Thank you Keiko.
