Tandy is a darling little 10-month-old Foxy Jack Russell cross - he’s snuggly, energetic, clever, quick to learn tricks, loves to play and run and is our best little mate. But he was very nippy with mum - constantly mouthing, nibbling and getting rougher with me as he got older. We tried puppy school, teenage puppy school and all of the tricks on the internet and while he learned all the usual commands really quickly, nothing we did stopped our little land shark! I was at my wit's end when I contacted Mark at Bark Busters. I was frustrated, there had been tears and I was exhausted trying to constantly deter Tandy from nipping at me and my clothes - which never really happened to my partner. I was getting pretty stressed out, annoyed and sad that I couldn’t seem to communicate with Tandy and I didn’t want him picking up on that and become scared, anxious or naughty with me. It felt like Tandy didn’t see me as any sort of leader, just a human chew toy! It felt like he was constantly hyped up, needed to settle and reset. Within about two minutes of arriving at our house Mark had sad the magic words and Tandy pretty much instantly started doing things very differently. We are now a week into our Bark Busters life and Tandy is so chilled, so relaxed, so calm and so responsive! We are still a work in progress but I can genuinely say he’s a different little mate from a week ago - barely a tooth has touched my skin! It’s a huge and amazing relief and we are SO thankful to Mark for teaching us how to talk to our puppy properly! We’ve also managed to significantly curb some secondary issues that were starting to emerge - barking outside, refusing to drop things he shouldn’t have. We are all SO much happier - and I SO much less exhausted now I am not constantly on guard. Thank you so much Mark! We would highly, highly recommend anyone else with pup issues (big or small) to try the Bark Busters programme. It’s phenomenal!! Mark is a legend, he was so patient, so helpful and we could not have sorted this without him!

Keiko has been absolutely amazing for us and our pup Ralph. We were able to see differences immediately following the first training session and we feel confident that in time, we will see great results. Keiko is very knowledgeable and friendly and she has given us plenty of tips, tools and techniques to improve our dogs behaviour. We feel we are in safe hands and highly recommend her to anyone needing some help with their pup.

Really great to understand how to communicate with our dog. We have noticed a difference already with a lot less barking.

Mark was amazing with his teaching and his knowledge with dogs. Loved how he went over things inside 1st so we could get our head around it all before we started working with Mackie. What a difference the tools he gave us worked and how she responded immediately. I feel way more confident with her and my other dogs. Best call I ever made was to mark. Thank you so much

Mark was inspirational, tireless and extremely accommodating. He answered all our questions, clearly and with great patience. He has changed our exhausted, "puppy in charge" life to a much more relaxed, "we call the shots now" life. This man obviously understands dogs so well and the focus on positivity and strong leadership by the owner vs force and negativity make us want to promote Bark Busters to any 'uneducated' dog owner. Mark was great! Took immediate control of our dogs particularly Bullit our 3yo Kelpie Amazing + training me ! Def recommended . Dont waste time with training collars etc Call Mark @ Bark Busters!

Mark was amazing with bobby, bobby was taking over our house and we had some other trainers who were absolutely hopeless so we didn’t have high hopes, Mark had bobby trained within 3 hours to do things we did not think was possible, highly recommend, don’t waste your money anywhere else , we are looking forward to our next catch up

Excellent training session with Keiko. Lulu responded straight away to directions. I learnt a lot too.

Milo has been having a hard time dealing with separation anxiety, we now have the tools and training to use to help him deal with us leaving. He also used to jump and sleep on the couch and after one day he has yet to jump on the couch- its amazing!

I booked in with Keiko after a phone call. She did explain what to expect, but I was surprised with the first lesson. 2/3rds of the first lesson wasn't to train the dog, but to train the humans! I thoroughly enjoy the presentation on all things we need to know about dogs and their pack. How dog mommy teaches their pups and how we can do the same and be the alpha. I am pleasantly surprised with how much Cricket has learnt and changed just from the first lesson where Keiko spent about an hour with Cricket and myself. Her biggest issue has been dog aggression and pulling on lead. She has improved significantly on lead, we are yet to move on to the dog reactive session yet. I look forward to seeing Keiko again.
