I am an Animal Control Officer here in Marlborough and I see so many different issues people have with there fur babies every day. My "Aco" suffers severe anxiety and fear aggression to new people and places, I seriously considered putting her to sleep. I was absolutely shocked at how fast my "Aco" responded to Mark and bark busters methods. Mark took me step by step and gave me confidence to know I can help "Aco". Thank you mark I have a new dog in only a very short period of time... It was really fantastic, Mark gave us a lot of information and taught us a lot. He was really lovely, easy to get along with and talk to. very friendly and easy to communicate with.

We were really impressed with the practical advice from Mark and the results we see in our spaniel (Minnie) already. I like the fact that Mark came to our house, saw our environment and got the whole family involved. The way he explained things made sense and we put things into practice while Mark was there (like answering the door, going for walks, going for a drive and encountering another animals). In the week and a half since Mark's visit Minnie has stopped running to the door when someone knocks, she walks to heal (most of the time), no longer jumps up and sits calmly in our vehicles. We still have a bit of work to do with her meeting canines she doesn't know, but there are even improvements with that. I highly recommend Mark and Bark Busters.

Mark was great, Rex responded well to his commands and we are using his advice/tips every day with training rex.

Mark clearly explained the reasons for Poppy's behaviour, and explained techniques we could use to correct it. Poppy responded incredibly well during the initial training session, and we have noticed that she is now much calmer and easier to recall. With ongoing training we are confident that Poppy's behaviour will continue to improve, and our frustration levels will drop!

Keiko was awesome. I was at ease immediately. Blew me away actually @ how quickly Rosie responded. Training techniques are trust based, no pain or treats needed. I learnt alot. I have already recommended Bark Busters!

Mark was a great trainer, we all enjoyed the lesson including Sheeba! We saw great results as soon as he came in our gate. Mark explained himself clearly and catered to Sheebas needs. Being first dog owners we found him very approachable and helpful.

Keiko was extremely helpful with our dog Tank as well as to us. She explained very well how our human behaviour and our present circumstances affected our dog's behaviour. It seemed to be a hopeless case for Tank. We were scared we were going to lose him if his behaviour doesn't improve. Keiko was so accommodating, she booked us for a lesson immediately. After the first meeting, we noticed changes in Tank, good ones. We trust Keiko's training will transform Tank to be a better and friendlier family dog. Another admirable trait of Keiko, she does her work professionally and most importantly with a personal touch. Our sincerest thanks to Keiko, a remarkable person.

Keiko was a great help! She explained why our dog was exhibiting the particular behaviors he was and how to help correct them. We are more than happy with the results and saw a change in our dogs attitude right from the very first training. He is a lot calmer now that he knows he doesn't have to be our protector all day long! The follow up session was also very helpful to make sure we were on the right track and doing all the right things with our training homework. I only wish we got onto the training sooner and didn't put our dogs bad behavior down to being 'just what dogs do.'

Our family all enjoyed the training with Mark and we noticed positive results immediately. It was very satisfying to get clear explanations for the behaviours our dogs were showing and Mark taught us simple strategies to make our home a much calmer place. Being able to do the training in our home environment and go to places we regularly visit was really effective for us.

What a nice guy. Really patient and full of information. I was having trouble with a puppy I was looking after for my mum, so animal control put me onto mark. Well he could of quite easily said sorry you're not a client so I can't help you - well on more than one occasion he talked me through how to deal with mums puppy. So I thought why not have a lesson, well I had no idea their behaviour could change so easily. My biggest problem was barking when someone came to the door, then run off to the neighbours. Well no more, Just with one lesson. Then at the end of the lesson I find out that mark will come back to Blm in about 6 wks to do a refresher. I know that it is a little costly, but I say it is worth every penny. A happy owner has happy dogs. Thanks Mark.
