was great during the training session and covered a range of problem areas with our dog. Her calm and thorough characteristics made the session very easy to follow and extremely educating. I have seen changes in the first session that I never would have believed possible for my dog to achieve.

Keiko is awesome - I can't recommend her highly enough. Our miniature schnauzer, Colin, is very vocal - especially at visitors to our house so we have always dreaded having anyone over or even receiving deliveries. I was astounded at the speed and simplicity of the training Keiko provided (to me!) to give our little one the assurance he needed not to defend me! It's early days - and we'll be doing our homework - but I have complete confidence that this system will work. And I actually enjoyed the session which was a bonus. It was wonderful to see Colin so pleased with himself when he was praised for obeying the commands. Brilliant :)

The training showed results straight away, it was very insightful and helpful. It nearly brought a tear to mummy's eyes seeing how Lydia responded to the correction methods on her way becoming a very good dog.

We could never have predicted or even imagined the education we as owners could receive in just a few hours; or what our nine week old puppy could be capable of. I am so much more optimistic about having a dog and our puppy seems so much happier too! It sounds dramatic but I have really had hope restored!! Keiko's thorough procedure, her passion for what she does and her commitment to excellence really showed through and impressed my husband and me. We both feel that even if the service involved only just the initial session, we would have already got our moneys worth!!

Mark was brilliant the way he explained why dogs do things the way they do. He also brought his dog Ice with him to help Coco be not so scared of other dogs. He rewarded us with praise with the training as well as Coco which was lovely. Would highly recommend his services to anyone with a Dog. He spent quality time with us, even helping us with training her on a walk. He included 2 x training pillows to help us with her training and a new collar is on its way. Mark gave very detail and easy to understand instructions. He carefully answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns.

I found Keiko to be helpful and willing to discuss any problem regarding either dog. She made me understand why zombie behaved the way she was behaving and how to correct it. Both dogs are exhausted and I feel better equipt to deal with issues as they arise. This afternoon food was left on the kitchen bench and duke didn't even try to enter the kitchen to get it. My shoes have been untouched for at least four hours. Zombie has not set on the couch uninvited. Couldn't be happier that the bitch is no longer boss. :-)

I cannot state how much of a difference Keiko has made to both Zoe and our family! We adopted Zoe from the SPCA when she was 13 weeks old, and she was a very energetic little puppy. Keiko has helped us considerably, from basic training, to showing us steps to reduce and eliminate some of Zoe's problem behaviour (jumping at fences etc). I FULLY recommend Keiko to ANYONE who has a dog, she is amazing and very talented at what she does. Keiko is quick to reply via email or text and even messages us to see how Zoe is doing when we have not been in touch. The level of service we have experienced has been fantastic, and without doubt very much value for money.

Mark was fantastic! He explained in depth about pack behaviour and the issues we were having with our dog before our lesson, then took us through our training thoroughly. I was impressed at how quickly our dog responded. Mark was great he took his time to make sure we understood how to correct Patch and that we were using the techniques properly. It's like we have a different dog! He seems more content and responded almost instantly.

Cooper is able to focus and walk next to me on the same day right after Keiko left. Keiko gave us hope to keep Cooper and not to see her as burden to us. Appreciate the second chance to Cooper and lovely experience to us.

By the end of the first lesson we could see noticeable changes in our dogs. We were a bit nervous at first. However with a little bit of coaching Keiko helped us to relax and enjoy the training experience. We have just completed our second visit from Keiko. She has helped us enjoy our dogs even more. We now feel we have gained the tools to build a stronger bond with our pets. We are beginning to see results we could not have achieved on our own. Well done Keiko.

We noticed results in the first 10 minutes. The best money we've spent. Well worth the money + time. Not only does Bark Busters work, but it is enjoyable & informative. Would totally recommend to everyone. Keiko is fantastic.
