Great service, wonderful training. Very impressed.

Mark was a great trainer, we all enjoyed the lesson including Sheeba! We saw great results as soon as he came in our gate. Mark explained himself clearly and catered to Sheebas needs. Being first dog owners we found him very approachable and helpful.

Keiko was extremely helpful with our dog Tank as well as to us. She explained very well how our human behaviour and our present circumstances affected our dog's behaviour. It seemed to be a hopeless case for Tank. We were scared we were going to lose him if his behaviour doesn't improve. Keiko was so accommodating, she booked us for a lesson immediately. After the first meeting, we noticed changes in Tank, good ones. We trust Keiko's training will transform Tank to be a better and friendlier family dog. Another admirable trait of Keiko, she does her work professionally and most importantly with a personal touch. Our sincerest thanks to Keiko, a remarkable person.

Keiko was a great help! She explained why our dog was exhibiting the particular behaviors he was and how to help correct them. We are more than happy with the results and saw a change in our dogs attitude right from the very first training. He is a lot calmer now that he knows he doesn't have to be our protector all day long! The follow up session was also very helpful to make sure we were on the right track and doing all the right things with our training homework. I only wish we got onto the training sooner and didn't put our dogs bad behavior down to being 'just what dogs do.'

Our family all enjoyed the training with Mark and we noticed positive results immediately. It was very satisfying to get clear explanations for the behaviours our dogs were showing and Mark taught us simple strategies to make our home a much calmer place. Being able to do the training in our home environment and go to places we regularly visit was really effective for us.

What a nice guy. Really patient and full of information. I was having trouble with a puppy I was looking after for my mum, so animal control put me onto mark. Well he could of quite easily said sorry you're not a client so I can't help you - well on more than one occasion he talked me through how to deal with mums puppy. So I thought why not have a lesson, well I had no idea their behaviour could change so easily. My biggest problem was barking when someone came to the door, then run off to the neighbours. Well no more, Just with one lesson. Then at the end of the lesson I find out that mark will come back to Blm in about 6 wks to do a refresher. I know that it is a little costly, but I say it is worth every penny. A happy owner has happy dogs. Thanks Mark.

Excellent training. Gave me confidence and tools to work with to ensure Kaspa is listening and a lot less stressed knowing that I am now the Alpha. Mark spent over 3 hours with us. He ensured that we experienced and corrected issues relating to other dogs, (we had to go and find some), and also went to the Vet and spent some time there.

We found Mark to be a friendly approachable trainer who is easy to contact. His experience and calm demeanour was perfect for what we needed. He answered all our questions and it is great he came to our home. The initial assessment of our dog helped put our minds at ease and we are having so much more fun now.
