Training was really great - Mark was so easy going and extremely knowledgeable, he engaged well with both us and Brachan. He made the whole experience understandable and effortless. Cant believe how quickly Brachan responded. Looking forward to putting in to practice what Mark taught us.
So pleased we were referred by Our Vets to Bark Busters.

Awesome dog but had a bad start to life, committed family to work through the aggressive issues and will still be a work in progresss dog.

I was amazed how quickly my dogs responded to the training. Fantastic. I felt empowered and excited that I could confidently handle my previously difficult dogs. I am so impressed with Mark and thankful. He is easy to talk to and puts you at ease straight away. I will continue with working on my dogs using the techniques I have been taught so I can take my dogs for walks without the struggle and dog aggression that had stopped me walking them. All in 3 hours! Highly recommend and encourage others to take control by calling Mark for not only your sake but also the dog's. The Bark Busters harness and collar gave me more control.

These two dogs are both rescue dogs now in a forever home. Different issues , one excitable ,one protective and dog aggressive. Still work in progresses but huge inroads in the right direction even after just one session. This owner has had many dogs and tried lots of techniques to work these two past their issues.

We frequently recommend Mark Gall of Bark Busters to other dog owners. Mark is the dog whisperer of the century. He made a huge difference to the behaviours that were upsetting us about our Papillion. Mark restored peace to our home because the barking reduced from 90 to 5% overnight. He was excellent and Toto responded to Mark very well. Mark understands dogs and as importantly knows how to teach the owners how to train their own dog. He is a great communicator and uses humour well.
Trainer note from Mark
Toto was a great temperament dog but ruled the house and as a slightly nervous dog, reacted to anything close to his environment. Great owners who have taken on board the techniques and reaped the benefits. Well done.

The three hour training session was amazing. Within the first 10mins of the session I noticed a dramatic change... from a dog that would jump up all over you and be over excited with everything to a dog that was happily sitting at my feet waiting to see what we were doing next. I can now walk my dog happily along the fence line of where stock is without him going at them. He now follows rather than leads when taken on walks! Been amazing at home since our session with Mark. I’m no longer frustrated with him, as I now actually understand that I need to speak his language for him to understand what is right and wrong in the human world. I feel like Kaiser and I are now a team!

Kaiser is a blue heeler and was absolutely full on. living in the country and chasing everything. Great focus now and the client has taken onboard the training techniques . awesome work guys.

Excellent! Mark was obviously very experienced and had a good teaching style, very patient. Comprehensive notes and information were presented, and I felt well supported.
Trainer note from Mark
Bit of a barking issue and had bitten a couple of people, a change in the house members had created a stressed Charlie. Charlie responded well and will follow up with more work but the owner took it all on board and will apply well.

I cannot tell you how happy we were after just one session. We noticed the change straight away and it has been easy to maintain and follow through. We looked at other places and even take Mouse to dog training however, she was always good when we were out...the problems were at home and other places want you to go to them... which we did think would be helpful. With a small toddler and both of us working we were extremely thankful to Mark for his assistance with Mouse. We now know "dog speak" and how to manage her quirks in a way she understands. Massive difference with her after the first session and she continues to do extremely well! Super happy!
We had a follow up appointment four weeks later just to help a bit more with walking and we feel confident that this will continue to improve from the extra tips and work from Mark.
Trainer note from Mark
Mouse was an interesting extremely clever Shepherd, hence the help call. Mouse would be a boisterous beast at home and good at group training, First inside visit she was in a enclosed area so that now not necessary, would jump on everyone, now not an issue, a few in home exercises and focus tools and this dog will continue to be an awesome asset to the family. Great work and consistency to all.

We got so much out of our session with Mark...noticed changes in Molly within the 3 hours and that continued after Mark left. He gave us really simple, practical tips and advice that related to our environment and dog.
The way Mark delivered the information was personable and non-judgemenatal , making us feel at ease and confidant in our ability to take back control of our dog.
Trainer note from Mark
Molly. Pretty out there and full on all the time, plus a wee toddler in the house, these guys recognised they had to do something to get in charge as Molly really didn't obey anything. Great effort and with practice you'll have good dog.

Mark explained things very clearly and went through a number of training exercises with us for Frankie. We could see an immediate difference in Frankie and were excited to implement the training.
Trainer note from Mark
Frankie is a clever and pushy wee dog, this clients first dog so basics and learning to speak dog was needed, much improved on lesson one back a month ago and some more skills to apply on the second visit. Huge improvements for a busy household with two little kids.

Mark had Ash sorted very soon after arriving. He pointed out simple things we were doing that was exacerbating Ash's behavior and how we could easily change this. He was here for 3 hours and we covered an enormous amount in that time, from simple things like learning his position in our "pack" and obedience, to walking on the lead and long lead work. Ash changed from that day due to Mark's advice. When Ash had a "relapse" Mark quickly came back to work with us all again.
Trainer note from Mark
Ash is a pushy wee man and clever at getting his way, Speak dog training for the family and improvements seen almost immediately. A recent revisit for a neck up check up has ironed out a couple more things. This family are keen to get it right. Nice work guys.

Right from the time Mark walked in the door it was clear that our dog understood that something new was about to happen. Mark showed by example how to best manage a rather noisy excitable small dog.
Trainer note from Mark
Little Misty was in charge of this house, not a dominant dog but definitely a rather clever one and had the family sussed. The family took on board what was being taught to them and Misty responded well in the lesson. Great work guys.

Mark made it easy for us to understand how to train our dog and showed some good techniques of how to apply commands to our dog for him to respond to our commands. Having given us a lot of information and having taught us how to train our dog, after only a couple of days the results are already showing with both us and our dog and how we are responding to each other. Still a lot more work to go but things are looking positive.
Trainer note from Mark
This lovely big boy is an American Bulldog and just hasn't had some rules in place that should have been. He responded well but will be a work on progress especially with his dog fear aggression. Keep to the program and awesome work.
