I am so thankful for Mark. Answered my phone message on the same day and made an appointment within two weeks. Thought it was too late for my 10 year old Casey Boy who had Separation Anxiety and a few other behaviour problems. What a wealth of knowledge Mark was, very professional and skilled at seeing what was needed to help me. Wish I had the courage to do it a long time ago. After one session my dog is sleeping in his own bed in my room, first time ever!! Couldn’t believe it. My dog seems so calm and relaxed now. The best money I have every spent and experience I have had.

Aside from the fact that Mark is a great dog trainer, the most important and useful tool we found was that he began to teach us how to speak dog. Mark is passionate about us learning more about dog behaviour so that we can respond to our boy better. Mark took his time with us and showed us how to start correcting little things in Jimmy’s behaviour that we didn’t realise we were missing. Almost instantly Jimmy started changing his ways and responded really well to the subtle corrections. The next day we took him out for a walk and we were both astonished at his amazing lead walking! We have become really excited to take Jimmy out and to work on his training each day as it is so rewarding and satisfying seeing such a huge and fast improvement. Thank you so much Mark, we are so thankful for your patience and the time you took with us. We are super excited for our boy now that we understand him better.

A wonderful insight into the way a dog thinks and their behaviour. Mark was very good at explaining how to address our dogs issues in a simple way to understand and address.

Just after the first session we could see the difference in our 2 dogs! By the end of it, they weren’t barking at things they normally would and looking to us for guidance rather than doing their own thing. It didn’t matter that Kisa was 10 and Ella was 1, they both took to the training with a little bit of encouragement. We would definitely recommend Bark Busters for anyone that needs help with their dog.

Mark has helped us SO much with both our young cocker spaniels. From lead pulling, door charging, barking and overly energetic wee fellas, to calm and collected, respectful wee lads who now listen to us. We are feeling a lot more comfortable about welcoming our first child into the home in just a few months. Mark provided great help and patience with training myself and Inka. I am now much happier walking her and would no longer consider parting with her. It has been a challenge with such a strong dog, who can be very reactive, however Marks input and methods were far more acceptable than the physical alternatives or electric collar suggested by other dog trainers. We are still a work in progress, so it is fantastic that I can reach out to Bark Busters at any time for further assistance. The lifetime arrangement provides great reassurance.

Gem is a beautiful retired 7 year old heading dog who came to us after a good working life. She clearly missed her 'pack' and we had trouble getting her to settle down with us. After talking to Mark on the phone and following her advice and then the face to face training her behaviour changed on the day. The change in her behaviour (and ours) was clear during the 3-hour session. She is now a lot more relaxed, walks well with only the occasional lapse. Very happy with Mark and his training session.

Mark and Keith have saved my sanity. I have had previous dogs and never expected issues but our new puppy was showing separation anxiety by 3 months. We tried everything but the information was conflicting and I felt lost. When Mark and Keith came for the first visit, none of the advice and exercises were/are hard or complicated, but by the end we saw SUCH a difference already. Having them on hand to call or revisit is GREAT, tweaking and helping fine tune all the instructions and advice given and to help if/when new things crop up. WELL worth the investment in your pet, for your benefit and theirs. Happy, healthy pack.

Mark Gall's amazing training with our 3 crazy dogs has totally changed my apprehension with them. All 3 dogs with different issues. Incredible what can be achieved with one home visit. There was no pressure, no rushing and no feeling like a bad dog owner. We, as a family have the knowledge and confidence to move forward. From noise reactivate to people reactive, crazy barking at the door, to relaxed dogs was the main thing on my must achieve list. A week on and I'm 80% there. FANTASTIC. Very little pulling on the lead. Lots more focus, and BED is now a place to go for any reason not just sleep.

Mark is absolutely perfect dog trainer. How wonderful Mark solved my Bobbie’s potty problem. He is getting there in the car. Not feel nervous at all.
