We were a wee bit skeptical that Mark could give us the tools to have Ed behaving as a member of our family rather that a issue. After our first Ed was a changed dog. We learnt a lot of valuable information about how to connect with Ed in a way he understands. We still have a way to go but all signs are good that the new skills we have are going to give us an awesome dog for many years. Highly recommend Mark's service.

Mark came to our home to support us with our 14 month old Rottweiler Mavericks. We were struggling with quite a few behaviours with Mav particularly around his big emotions to other dogs, lead pulling and attention seeking. Mark thoroughly talked us through the process, acknowledged our concerns and worked with us in an encouraging supportive way to help address these concerns and correct and refocus the behaviours. By the end of the session we felt as though we had so much more understanding of how to work alongside Mavericks and by the end of the session we had results. I truely could not recommend Mark enough he is highly knowledgeable and we feel as though we have gained so much confidence back and a big weight has lifted from our shoulders. Mark spent a lot of time with me and Molly, as Molly has a few issues and I was a bit stuck on how to deal with most of them. I really appreciated Mark's commitment to working through all our concerns. Molly loved Mark and responded really well to the training I applied. She is calmer already. It is a work in progress to deal with her reactivity, but we are already going for short car journeys without the barking. And when we are out, she will sometimes now ignore cars passing by. I think she feels more trust in me now and security with me. The Wagg Walker harness is fantastic, and when I do the check of the lead, Molly knows I want something from her. We will continue with the techniques we have been taught. Mark is very prompt to respond and I feel more confident knowing he is there to help with the lifetime support package

Mark came into our home, we sat down discussed our concerns and what we wanted to work on. He put some plans into place and then showed us how to go about the plan and use the tools provided. Mark is very good at what he does. Tui and Murphy are both doing well with the training. I would reccommend Bark Busters to anyone looking for help with there dogs.

Mark was very informative, friendly and clear. We were worried with our dog Goose sometimes showing aggression to strangers entering the home but Mark talked us through everything and we had no problems. Goose’s leash walking, selective hearing and reactivity at the window have all improved. We have a way to go with his excitable tendencies but at eh appt with improvements so far!

Wow! What a transformation in such a short time. Totally worth having Bark Busters guide us through the training with wee Gino 5.5mth old Mini Schnauzer with a big attitude and loud and often bark issue. But also help with all other obedience problems.

I am so glad we have gone with Bark Busters. Keith was fantastic with Lilly and made us feel that what we want to work on is achievable. Keith is so knowledgable and able to explain the techniques in such away that the entire family understood and are able to put in place We have already seen a positive improvement in Lilly and are looking forward to our next session with Keith

Our first session with Keiko was awesome! Keiko was very lovely to work with. She was very professional, knowledgeable and passionate in the way she shared her information with us. Her communications were clear and she gave great examples to help us understand what we as Ula's family needed to do and put in place to help connect and communicate better with her. She introduced and explained the Bark Busters Training Techniques clearly and showed us in practice with Ula all in that first session how it was effective. The education she gave us around how dogs operate and communicate and what she shared about nutrition for Ula was much appreciated too. Just in that first session with Keiko we saw great improvements for both ourselves and Ula and we are all much calmer and clearer on our path forward. By committing to the homework Keiko has set with us, we see positive things for Ula and us all as a family. We are so glad we reached out to Keiko for help and signed up for the lifetime support. We've worked with Keiko on our older dog (now 8, M, Lab) since he was about 3 to fix some tough habits and noticed a massive difference and so when we got a new puppy (8w, M, Retriever), she was one of our first calls. She's amazing at handling my big family and training all of us to be good leaders to our dogs as well as training our dogs. Would highly recommend. She's incredibly generous with her time and knowledge and with a lifetime support package, it's a no brainer.

Well worth it. Alfie is a different dog and I'm not so stressed out. Things just got a lot easier with the different mindset and new ways of doing things.
