Keith was great. Explained everything in a clear and concise manner. Was great to receive firm direction on how to deal with the issues that we encounter.

Mark was fantastic, he didn't just cover training, he also gave us recommendations for our dogs diet, exercise and tips on how to manage them in our home environment. We have a 3yr old Labrador and a 2 yr old Husky, and within half an hour of Mark being with the dogs we noticed a huge difference in their obedience and behaviour, so much more relaxed. I especially loved that it was all based on positive interactions with our dogs and wasn't treat based (we have a rather overweight Labrador) and the Husky is more interested in being on a mission than food.

Was great . Very informative. Still a way to go with the excitement bit and being anxious but we are getting there, much more relaxed dog who is listening now.

We found Marks training was very informative . Its a lot to take in at one time but good to see results almost instantly and to have the notes to refer back to. Mark is very patient and it is obvious he enjoys and loves his job.

Understanding and empathetic trainer who had an immediate effect upon how I discipline an anxious (biter and runner) rescue. Within 24 hours Pax was responding to my intervention and coming back to sit at my feet. He’s already more relaxed, less wound-up when I come home and happier in himself. Our 3yo boy, Dino, had bitten twice and, heartbreakingly, we were considering putting him down because we were so stressed about it happening again and we have young kids and lots of people visiting. We talked to a few trainers but Keiko offered us the most hope from that initial call. Keiko quickly showed us that Dino felt like he had to control situations because he was above us in the hierarchy. She gave us the tools to change this and taught us how to communicate better in dog language. It is funny because we have had numerous good dogs for over 20 years (and Dino's best mate Max is amazing), I have horses, cows etc but Dino, really tested us. You think what you are doing is right because you haven't had any issues for 20 years but this is where we were wrong and we needed a professional come and explain to us what we were doing wrong and open our eyes. Since Keiko has visited we have noticed a remarkable change in his behaviour and can see over time that we can break these bad habits completely. We are so grateful because she really has saved us a lot of heartache and Dino's life. Thank you Keiko!!

Had a great first session. Keith was here for 4 hours and was very thorough. Kind and gentle with both dogs but firm with instructions to both us and them.

Keith was very professional in his approach to our concerns, he asked questions to establish our worries then explained in layman terms how we can adjust our interactions with our dog to change our dogs behavior and how he reacts in different situations. Keith provided information pamphlet's and explained various scenarios covering our concerns. Keith left us with homework to continue with and arranged for another visit in a month. I would have no hesitation in recommending Keith.

Mark was here 3.5hrs explained lots very informative and helpful. Demonstrated heaps and gave me lots of assurance, both dogs were very good once we applied his process ,l am the one who needs guidance of becoming Zacs leader and protector. Had an issue yesterday so contacted Mark ,got a reply immediately, so very helpful. Hope I can do justice for Zac ,thankyou Mark l am feeling more positive with your guidance.

We called Mark in to help us manage our dog who pulled on the lead and was reactive to other dogs. Mark did an excellent job of helping us communicate with us & our dog clearly and easily. We saw instant results, especially with pulling on the lead. Whilst the reactivity is a work in progress, we have the skills and confidence to work through this. Our dog is a lot more relaxed and happy at home as well. Can’t wait to continue the training journey.

First lesson was good, noticed an immediate improvement in the dogs behaviour. Was great we learnt more knowledge about how to deal with our dog and what her different behaviours meant. Knowledge is power.

Keiko was very knowledgable and clear in her communication. She introduced and explained the technique of training Bark Busters uses in detail and showed us in practice how it was effective. I am already starting to see improvements in my dogs behaviour 2 weeks later.
